What people say

400€ gone for a scam

I bought something on “Kleinanzeigen” and everything seemed to be OK since the person also sent me a picture of the ID once I paid the €400 = account delete it, money is missing, there’s no way back I can’t believe that this bank is supporting illegal activities and scams!

Selling Puppies on Pets4Homes

Someone is selling puppies on pets4homes. I put down a £200 deposit for a female puppy, Once I done this they stopped contacting me & my partner back. I can’t believe this bank is allowing this and I can’t believe someone could be so inhumane to scam someone out of a puppy especially as it would of been my first. Thank you for reading this. I wish I read these reviews sooner as my bank account would not of been rinsed of £200😂

Was targeted by fraudsters using…

Was targeted by fraudsters using "Banking Circle" accounts - but when you go to their website to report the fraud they claim " Please note: Banking Circle does not service private individuals. For law enforcement enquiries, please be aware that Banking Circle provides (virtual) IBANs to our clients who then assign them to their own customers, with whom Banking Circle has no business relationship. In this arrangement, Banking Circle and our clients serve as intermediaries for forwarding funds. As a result, we can only furnish information about our direct client." They refused to reply or act upon the report as they cleverly disclaim all the illegal actions their service is being used for. Total fraudsters - stay away.

Hotmart made an automatic transfer to…

Hotmart made an automatic transfer to your account, which I created through the Meru app. You have not deposited the money. Meru told me that from now on it no longer accepts third-party payments, something I was never informed about. You have not returned the money to Hotmart. If you do not give me my money back, I will take appropriate legal action and expose my case on your social media and on my personal YouTube channel so that everyone knows about the scam you have subjected me to.

I was scammed using your service

I was scammed using your service. I got very little help from your team. I lost a huge fund and I am unsure why the fraud department exists if you can simply not help.

On December 23rd my account was suddenly closed and all my funds were frozen. For over 3 weeks I have had no access to my money. I contacted support many times via email and in-app chat. No human replies at all, only automated messages. No explanation, no timeline, no help. The amount involved is very large. After reading many similar reviews here, this seriously feels like a scam. Avoid until this is resolved and my money is returned.

This company engages in illegal transactions and money laundering practices. This is against the law and strictly prohibited. They pose as Skrill, but the Skrill account number is incorrect, and transactions cannot be found on the Skrill account, so they are also falsifying their name. I will definitely notify Skrill if this isn't resolved within 24 hours checked with the bank and the account number does indeed not match the name i have proof

Hello vg, Please check your inbox. Our Anti-Fraud team reached out to request for additional information. Thank you! >>> Our update: Banking Circle is a digital bank operating in the business-to-business (B2B) sector and processing payments/transactions on behalf of its customers, who are regulated payment service providers and financial institutions. Our customers provide services to individuals, businesses, and merchants, with whom Banking Circle does not have a direct business relationship. The services we offer include virtual IBANs ("VIBANs"), which Banking Circle makes available to its customers. They can assign these to their own customers for sending and receiving payments at their own discretion. However, we do not interfere with the activities on the end customer account linked to the VIBAN and do not have access to the transaction information. This information is held by our customer (e.g., a payment service provider). We have therefore forwarded your request to our customer. You may find more details in the follow up email we've sent. From our perspective, this case should be considered closed. If you suspect you have been a victim of fraud, we strongly recommend that you file a police report.

Banking Circle has accounts for…

Banking Circle has accounts for companies that are tied to offshore, unregulated online casinos, and these companies take the money and transfer it into crypto. By doing this, this bank is seriously violating EU anti-AML/KYC laws, as well as breaching online gambling laws by allowing the facilitation of funds through various channels and not actually going to the proper merchant. This constitutes misdirection fraud. I seriously hope Banking Circle refunds everyone who fell victim to this elaborate scam (including me) and that they cease all business with these shady merchants.

I moved money from a small brokerage account into bankingcircle. Initial gains looked real, so I liquidated a portion of my 401(k) to invest more. The promised high-yield pools never existed, the funds disappeared as soon as they were sent. Fees multiplied each time I asked to withdraw. Months later, I had lost nearly everything, including my emergency fund, and the platform vanished. Frustratingly they keep asking me if I want to raise a complaint and I don’t want to, I just want them to resolve the issue BUT I’m now at the point that I am raising a complaint and going to go to the " ayr'L'P " route for clarity on the matter because a criminal/fraudulent activity has taken place.
