We’re sorry to hear about your experience and would like to provide some clarification. Your email was sent at 3:50 AM EST, outside of our normal business hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. Our team responded at 9:15 AM, just 15 minutes after opening, but we have not yet received a reply back from you. The issue you described is actually a very common and easily resolved Amazon branding issue, not an indication that the barcode numbers were previously used. All of our barcode numbers are backed by our “Works for Amazon” guarantee, so you are completely covered. As soon as you respond to our support email, our team will get right to work helping you resolve this quickly.
