I am new to the thumbpro products. I had a small shipping issue and I spoke with Nina. She was one of the kindest people I’ve ever spoken to over a matter so small. All I can say is this is the 4 th protector I have bought since my daughter tore her ligament between her thumb & 1st finger & this is the only one she will use! So I figure that is saying a lot!
