I've only been a subscriber for a few months now and so far I have been really impressed with the contents of each box I've received. The items are high quality and thoroughly tested. I like the quarterly theme concept where you receive 3 boxes with related contents as opposed to a box of random stuff every month. If you are thinking about joining, give them a try, it's worth it.
It's a fun concept
It's a fun concept, and the gear you receive is generally pretty decent. They seem to have a dozen or so companies they work with and will cycle thru their catalog. Don't expect to get real name brand gear but you get exposure to some gear and brands you may not have considered. Customer service is generally pretty good.

I have subscribed for 3 months so far and love Battlbox. The customer support is also awesome. The boxes are worth the price. Even if there is an item in the box I don’t personally need, the overall value of the box is still well worth the subscription cost. The items are also all brand name and quality…including the knives. And buying additional items on Whatnot is addicting and can give you some amazing deals on stuff. Great company based on my experience.

A Must-Have Subscription for Real Gear Lovers—The Bush Baby Alone is Worth It!
I’ve been a subscriber to BattlBox for over a year now, and it consistently satisfies my passion for survival and outdoor gear. While the entire concept of a themed mystery "mission" box is exciting, their choice in knives makes the higher tiers completely worth the investment. One of my absolute favorite inclusion to date is the Double X Knives Bush Baby, designed by retired Army veteran Neal Green.
BattlBox has changed my life.
It baffles me that I only learned of BattlBox one year ago. As it has since consumed me and changed my life so much. I have been a camper since I was a little kid, but BattlBox continues to teach me about all the new advancements in gear and technique. I get more excited than Christmas morning every month when I get my shipping notice. They have introduced me to so many amazing tools that I now use on a daily basis. On the rare occasions that something isn't perfect, the team fixes it immediately. I'm a huge fan.
More than a subscription box
They have many different price points and tiers ranging from about $40-$200/month with shipping. You can also pause or skip a box if needed. So, the membership is VERY flexible. If you have a problem with an item, customer service gives zero hassles and ALWAYS does the right thing. The reason I know this is because they have taken care of me before AND there is a private Facebook page that all members can interact with each other on. So I have heard the same from other members. I really like the quality and selection of almost all items. Of course, sometimes I get something I already have or don’t think I will use……but you can sell or trade with other members through the private Facebook page. The sales are very successful. Some people want extra items for family members or different locations, etc…. The best part about BATTLBOX though is the added benefits in addition to the membership. They routinely send coupons in the boxes. Recently one for Grayl 40% off and other large discounts from well known brands. Special discounted (sometimes steep) items in the Battlevault. The thing I like the most is the members only Facebook page where you can interact with other members and all the employees!! They are very open to member suggestions including future subscription box items and other suggestions as well. There are routine contests, give aways, challenges!! The prizes are always great. It’s a great resource for people who are generally like minded and respectful to other members.

On the small occasion that the customers voice their negative opinion, the team at BattlBox takes that constructive criticism and always makes it right. You don’t only get a subscription and gear, you get a massive community filled with likeminded people. For that, I will always support their ventures.

BattlBox has been an Awesome experience. Every month bix has brought new ans exciting gear for me to use in my EDC, camping, hunting and all out adventures! I have loved every box & am still excited every month for what comes next!

I love receiving my box each month! Always has quality gear and I get some things I wouldn’t think of, but could be really useful.
The best part is opening the box
The best part is opening the box every month and going through my "presents". I deliberately avoid reading or watching any reviews until AFTER I see what we get just to increase the fun surprises ! I have a basement full of camping stuff. And some "prepping" stuff. And a Scout troop. And a bag in my vehicles. Battlbox ALWAYS has something that fits one or more of those categories. But.....is there sometimes something in the monthly box that I don't need or want? sure- all subscription boxes are like that. Does that give me gifts for family members or someone in my Scout troop ? Absolutely !!! Is the monthly price a little high? sometimes. But the stuff is good. Good quality. Good selection/ variety. Sometimes something that makes you say "What a great idea ! " And the customer service is quick & personal. No computer generated / AI response to e-mail queries.
