bad box
Well before last months box I it would have been four stars but because, no one has contacted me about box#136. Bad marks for you. Before some of the items I did not use I gave to friends that could use the items, they all said everything was top shelf. So I knew that every box was worth more than the asking price, you even posted the value. So everybody knew.
Until box#136 my box did not add up to the total, I contacted CS three times since the drop nothing, this the review.

Thank you for the feedback and for being a longtime subscriber. We appreciate hearing that previous boxes consistently delivered value for you and that many of the items found a home with friends and family.
We're sorry to hear this latest box left you feeling differently. While we stand behind the overall value of the shipment, we understand that expectations are higher when you've had a long history of positive experiences.
As for your attempts to contact us, we'd be happy to take another look and make sure your questions are addressed. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your continued support.

I started my journey with increasing my level of preparedness by joining Battlbox over a year ago. Each month I've been impressed with the content and product quality of the boxes. However, the secret sauce to Battlbox greatness is in the community they created and the service and people that help us learn by teaching and supporting the products they provide. Battlbox proves time and again that they are committed to their mission and are going to fulfill those commitments through excellence.

Urban Survivalist
The important message here is that I am an Urban survivalist. The products I receive are an absolute necessity for common household occurrences. These boxes contain quality products to keep you going. Will I use all the outdoor survival gear to its fullest potential? From flashlights to warm blankets, these boxes always have useful items for household survival.

I’ve tried other prescription boxes…
I’ve tried other prescription boxes gear pack Hunt vault and some other ones and the stuff they send you typically is cheap and I do not feel like there was even close to as much value as what I paid. With bottle box everything that I’ve gotten is nice stuff like quality stuff And their customer service is phenomenal. I had a product that wasn’t functioning properly. No questions asked they sent me another one. As far as I’m concerned, there’s only one subscription box to get and that’s bottle box.!!!!!!
