What people say
I successfully cancelled my…
I successfully cancelled my subscription but am still being charged. I can't even connect to the app anymore.
Cheaters!!!!!
Cheaters!!!!!! $19,99 were charged from my cart before the free trial period ended! No refund!!
THIS SITE IS A SCAM
THIS SITE IS A SCAM! I emailed the actual Kayla Itsines support team, and they told me they do not offer lifetime subscriptions, and any offers for the same are fraudulent.
I too was duped into paying
I too was duped into paying for a 2 year discounted subscription to the SWEAT app. Having been incorrectly charged for this months subscription, I checked the Sweat app and there is now a notification on there, warning users against the fraudulent discounted bbg site. (This can be found under help and support within the app). So the negative reviews here are true. Don't buy into this like the rest of us did!!
I bought the ebooks through this site …
I bought the ebooks through this site and received them so didn't think anything else about it. I also purchased the $69.97 lifetime sweat app and now have gotten charged twice. Yep, it is a scam!
Complete scam
Complete scam. I paid $69.99 for the "Lifetime" membership and I've still been charged twice by iTunes for the monthly fee. It's a straight-up scam. I'm disputing the charge with my bank.
Complete scam!!
Complete scam!!! Avoid avoid avoid avoid. I feel like a fool believing this was legit, not only do they entice you by offering 'free lifetime' membership too Kayla's app, the amount is in a different currency so when it comes out even more than what they say. Their email correspondence is evidently not english speaking as the grammar is all over the place. I paid almost $100 AUD for lifetime membership, and then got scammed another $20 for the actual app. Do not use this site! They hook you in by selling you her books which they obviously have no right to sell and then they will send you an email for lifetime access to her app. SCAM! There is no truth to what they are trying to sell. The only reason there's positive scores on this site is because you have to leave a positive review to get the full suite of products from them.
CHARGED TWICE- PROMISED REFUND
CHARGED TWICE- PROMISED REFUND - NOTHING HAPPENED!!! I was happy at first because I got my ebooks and I just paid the 39.97$. After a few months now I got charged again and I texted them asking why I got charged again. They told me their payment processor made a mistake and I got charged "by accident". They promised me a refund within 7-10 days. It's been a month now and I haven't seen my money yet. They won't answer any of my emails or texts. I'm very disappointed and I'm getting upset. If you make a mistake please fix it!!! I want my money back that you took without my agreement!!!!!!!
It's a scam!
I just confirmed with the SWEAT team. This site is a scam.
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD DONT PURCHASE THE SWEAT APP. if they want to run a fraudulent/discount site for the ebooks then that's fine but, they should take the sweat app lifetime membership item off because that one is CONPLETELY FRAUDULENT. SHAME ON YOU FOR PREYING ON UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE BY CREATING THIS SHAM WEBSITE.
This is an absolute scam
This is an absolute scam! Do NOT purchase from this website. You will likely receive the ebooks for your purchase, but the lifetime app for $69.97 is a total scam. I purchased the ebooks myself, received them, then purchased the lifetime app access because I thought this was a trustworthy site. I have since been charged a monthly fee for the app (about $20) and have not heard back from this site after sending multiple emails for a refund. After doing a little digging, I found that this site is not affiliated with the Sweat company. Bye bye, $90. Crossing my fingers that I can get that back.
scam!
scam!! scam on lifetime app! Has anyone been able to get their money back if so can someone please post how they did? thanks in advance
FRAUD Buyer Beware
FRAUD Buyer Beware! When it's too good to be true, it usually is. DO NOT buy from this site as this is an utterly fraudulent company. They tell you they sell a lifetime subscription to the app and send you a confirmation email with a receipt with tons of misspellings. Red flag that this is in NO WAY affiliated with the real Kayla Itsines website and app.
3 weeks in and loving it
3 weeks in and loving it! 3 days gym classes then introduced another 3 workouts using the BBG! Major improvement in such a short period! 100% would recommend! I have used other online exercise and eating regimes but they have always failed! This one.....I love it
STOLEN GUIDES
STOLEN GUIDES! This website has stolen the guides and is reselling them. The lifetime app is not real. You will be charged monthly by itunes. This site is not affiliated with the SWEAT app. I almost bought it but found out about the fraud by contacting the SWEAT app directly.
This site is fraud!!!
This site is fraud!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!!
Scam
Scam. This site is not affiliated with Kayla Itsines. They cannot fulfill their offer of a lifetime membership to the sweat app. If you need further proof of this, just contact the real Bikini Body Training Company or contact iTunes (as they will inform you that this is a scam). If you were already duped like me, you need to contact iTunes and they will cancel your subscription to the app. I did get my refund of $69.97 (after hours and hours) of going back and forth with their phony customer service.
This site is a scam
This site is a scam! I was duped! The only reason it has positive reviews is it promises it's buyers a free e-guide if they write a review. The STOLEN paper bbg guides may come through, but I was duped into buying the lifetime app, which does not exist! After contacting the app directly, they confirmed that they are not affiliated with this site and that it is fraudulent. The fraudulent site tricks you by signing you up for the real Kayla Itsine email list, so you don't realize until it's too late that some of the emails you are getting are legit and some are fake. Once you buy the lifetime app, they tell you to sign up for the free trial, and that they will "go in and switch your account to a lifetime app" so you won't be charged. But you will be charged and it will not be reimbursed!
Buyer beware
This offer is a scam (not affiliated with actual Sweat or Kayla Itsines) Lifetime memberships do not exist on the Sweat APP (I found out by contacting Sweat.com support directly) Any purchases made outside of official websites are scams and are considered fraudulent.
