I really enjoyed using BeamJobs
I really enjoyed using BeamJobs. It helped organize my resume while also giving suggestions that seem to help (a lot of online sources verify that these suggestions do improve job outcomes). Although I couldn’t continue my subscription due to financial reasons, Daniel Mays was extremely diligent and quickly responded to my needs. I would recommend to anyone who needs to improve their resume

The website was very easy to navigate & use. They had prompts to help improve your resume & make it stronger. Overall, it was a great experience. When I reached out because I needed to cancel my subscription, the team was able to quickly get that done with great, professional customer service. Been using Beam for about 2 months
Been using Beam for about 2 months or so, already and I really like it, I like how it helps with the wording on my resume and that it's priced right. I never go monthly cause I just don't need it. But, i do their $1.99 plan cause that works best for me. Recently, I had a billing issue and I contacted support, and a nice guy by the name of Daniel helped me and reversed the charges. If it weren't for him, I would have been stuck. So i greatly appreciate all his help, and his prompt service. Thanks again, Daniel!

I signed up because I thought it was only 99 cents, but I didn’t realize it was a subscription and I was later charged $35 per month. That was my mistake for not reading the terms carefully. However, I want to recognize the excellent customer service. Daniel Mays was very professional, responded quickly, and helped me get a refund for the last four months. I had a good experience with the document creation and review services as part of my trial, but opted not to continue with the subscription. Something went wrong with my subscription cancellation, but Daniel from the customer service team completely sorted me out within a day. I will absolutely rejoin the service when the need arises :)

this service is a scam.
I'm very disappointed. I haven't received any recipes for all the months I was subscribed. I thought it was made in order to the client forgot to cancel his subscription. I stopped using this service but forgot to cancel my subscription because I got no notices from this service. It's unfair to force clients to pay for unnecessary service. I think it's a scam. Don't recommend.

It looks very professional and using the AI help, it's helped me with my wording Not only that, when I have had any questions, the staff at Bean Jobs have been utterly incredible, responsive, sweet and very helpful. I thought I’d cancelled, but was charged. Without hesitation, they refunded my money and followed through to make sure the account was cancelled. Unusual in a universe of online companies.
