Great Product and Excellent Customer Service

The product is great and easy to use but I was not looking to have a subscription for very long. I had trouble logging into my account to cancel and ended up being charged for another month. When I reached out to customer service, I was connected with representative Daniel Mays. He had excellent communication and addressed the issue promptly. I would definitely recommend this product to others 1) for the quality and ease of the product itself and 2) for the excellent customer service experience.

Easy to use and excellent customer service

I used beamjobs to revamp my resume and cover letter and it helped me land my new job! It was super easy to use and allowed me to get suggestions and edit along the way. This is a subscription based site and I forgot to cancel my subscription after I landed my new job and their customer service took care of it right away for me. They helped me cancel future payments and even refunded my most recent one.Would highly recommend!

Tough Issue Solved With Persistence and Follow-Up

I have had a really tough time with regard to ATS format requirements, and I believe I've missed some opportunities for not being correctly formatted. I recently came across your website/software and was hopeful it could help me. You asked for genuine feedback....so, here it comes. I find the software cumbersome to navigate and really not intuitive. I have now communicated with Daniel Mays several times, very successfully, so I asked to make a comment. I have worked in Technical Support ( for about 10 years in the past ) and the job can be tricky to really properly get someone out of a bind. He knows what he is doing, and has followed up not only late in the evening, but also a couple of times on Memorial Day. That is outstanding service, and deserves recognition! I used Beamjobs for getting great jobs once I got out of the military, it helped me create clean 1 page resumes, makes great AI suggestions and provides a database to store all my resumes. I recommend this tool for anyone serious about landing their dream job. I accidentally forgot to cancel and was recently charged, I reached out to the company and they immediately refunded me. Only reason I canceled is I found a great long term job. Great product and great customer service

I was searching for tips on how to create the perfect resume and BeamJobs.com appeared on the list. Upon checking its products and services, I found them very helpful. BeamJobs.com offers a variety of templates for different styles of resumes and cover letters, which are easily customizable with an AI tool. It also offers job search options. I was offered a 14-day free trial and I was able to update and upgrade my existing resume to a more visually appealing version with better structure and contents. I chose not to subscribe because the monthly fee of $34.99 seems too high for me. The customer service which I received was excellent. I highly recommend this website.

Not clear that you have to pay

Typical page from people who feed on the desperation of unemployed people. They make a decent CV and when the time comes to download it asks for money. I highly doubt their reviews are honest. P.S When they say most features are free they lie. In order to put your hands on the CV you need to pay. Don't humiliate yourselves by telling lies to people. Edit : To the people who will read my review before it get covered by the "legit" reviews. When they say that the service is free, yes it's free UNTIL YOU WANT TO DO THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS OF ALL. GUESS WHAT. TO DOWNLOAD THE CV. THEY CALL THIS "PREMIUM". Imagine going to a restaurant ORDER FOOD for "free" and then ask you to pay. Guess what. That's NOT FREE.
