They corrected a shipping mistake made on my end. The shipping process was fast and detailed. The packaging was the best I've seen. Everything was in separate boxes contained in one big box, all components were wrapped with foam. The instructions were detailed and in color. The battery was very impressive, being shipped in its own little crate. Everything was so well put together and the instructor is out so well that I never had to call back with questions. 48V 105ah Battery Kit - 2019 Club Car Tempo
I purchased the 48V 105ah lithium battery kit for my 2019 Club Car Tempo after talking to their team on the phone. They answered all my questions and were helpful in the decision making process. I installed the kit myself and have golfed over 10 rounds with the battery so far. It goes from 100% to around 80% after 18 holes of golf which is way better than the previous lithium batteries I had from china. I’m super pleased with this product and think it’s a great bang for your buck!
Easy conversion from lead-acid batteries to Bedrock’s lithium battery
We ordered a 51V 65ah for our 2004 Club Car Precedent that had the 48V lead acid batteries. We watch the videos provided by Bedrock Battery on their YouTube channel. It was a simple and easy conversion. Our golf cart is back to functioning. I love the battery gauge to know when to plug it in for a charge.

Bedrock 65Ah lithium battery
I recently purchased a Bedrock 65Ah lithium battery for my 2019 Club Car Tempo from Extreme Kartz and couldn't be happier. Before buying, I spent some time looking through the Bedrock website; the quality of their knowledge articles and installation tips is fantastic, which really helped me feel confident in making my decision. Bedrock 48v lithium battery conversion. Compact.
The videos were great just need more detail on booking up battery and hooking up accessories to the converter. Customer service was fantastic in getting what I needed for my EXGO RXV 48v. It was hard work in the garage but she runs like a dream and is very fast.

A SOLID CHOICE FOR LITHIUM UPGRADE
I own a mobile golf cart repair business and lately have performed lithium upgrades using mainly ECO batteries. Today, I installed a Bedrock 48v 105Ah compact battery in a 2020 Club Car Onward. The installation instructions/video were a great help for the install process. Overall, from start to finish the job took about 3 hours and 15 minutes to include test ride. A plug-n-play charging port would be easier and not sure if the Thru-Hole concept is proprietary to ECO but those two would be welcome changes. The price difference/warranty makes the Bedrock battery a reliable choice over ECO. I opted for a different method to bolt the battery to the battery compartment. Other than that, the installation followed the video/instructions.

High Quality Bedrock Battery Kit
The kit components and battery seem to be high quality and were fairly easy to install. I found a couple of minor discrepancies between the hard-copy instructions and the installation videos, but in the end, the videos really served as my primary guide. There were no instructions on how to install the round battery gauge using the optional bracket, so I opted to drill the hole in my dash and install it, which was not my first choice; I preferred the steering column option. In the end, my 2017 Club Car Precedent seems quicker, stronger and faster top speed with the Bedrock 48V 105ah battery kit installed. I also installed the optional 2G cables since it was recommended. The customer service of Extreme Karts is good, although I wish they could answer the phone all the time when you call instead of having to leave a message most of the time. I tried calling when I was installing since I had a question (Round battery meter backet) and got VM.

Delivery was quick and on time. Instructions could have been a little better for a novice. The customer service at extreme kartz was excellent. So far, all is good. Driving the golf cart with no issues.

2009 EZGO RXV w/ Plastic Tray - Bedrock 48V 105Ah Compact install
Really impressed with the install experience of the Bedrock 48V 105Ah Compact install on my 2009 EZGO RXV w/ Plastic Tray. The kit arrived about 5 days before the actual battery due to a FedEx delay, but this gave me some time to clean up all the old lead acid corrosion on the plastic tray and wiring harness. I ended up removing the plastic tray altogether and power washing it before installing all the components (on-board charger, 12v converter, fuse box). Really only two minor extra electrical steps: 1) making sure to clip the reed switch wire (blue) on the old charging receptacle, splicing on a ring terminal and finally putting that on the positive lithium terminal. 2) my 12v converter orange wire came with a T-splice connector, presumably for carts where this needs to tie directly to the key switch. For my RXV, this needed to be replaced by another ring terminal and hooked that up to the solenoid. Other than those two, every other piece of the process was very straightforward. The cart is now much quicker from stationary and feels much lighter and even a bit faster from the weight difference of the lead acid batteries. Overall, very happy with the kit install and battery performance. Highly recommend.

Happy with my purchase
The Bedrock Battery first impression is great. It is packaged very well and the battery itself is built with solid materials and looks very nice. I have had it over a month now and I am very happy with my purchase. My cart goes fast and lasts a long time. The app gives you all the battery information you need such as temp, charge status, % life etc. Shipping was fast and I did make a call to customer service ( I left a message ) and I was called back within an hour with my question fully answered. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this Battery!
