What people say
The product (a shirt with printed text)…
The product (a shirt with printed text) is good quality, and just like it looked in the advert. The company contracts with a really shitty, cheap delivery vendor (edutrack/express 4px) so the initial delivery was botched. Paid and no shirt. But my experience with Bellelement customer service (Kiera F.) was actually nicely positive: good communication, prompt reshipping, no questions asked, and this time the shirt arrived pretty promptly. So I'm pretty happy. The shirt is cool.
Mis-sized shirt fixed
The first shirt that arrived was mis-sized, I let them know and they sent another very quickly,
I ordered 4 T-Shirts almost 2 months…
I ordered 4 T-Shirts almost 2 months ago. Tracking number shows as not in the system. WTF!!!!!!
I placed and order with this company…
I placed and order with this company and had to cancel it less than 24 hours later. I was sent an email stating that they "could give me a $15 credit" and advised me to not return the item because I would "have to have it shipped back to China and it would be very expensive." It's a scam.
Their warehouse is shut down for renovations? Why advertise?
I placed an order on February 12, and I immediately received a confirmation that said the following: Bellelement Order Confirmed Dear Customer, this is a statement from our website. Thank you for your love and trust in our products. We have made a bold decision to renovate and upgrade our warehouse to better enhance your shopping experience. The renovated warehouse will be more intelligent and efficient, which will greatly improve our shipping speed and accuracy, ensuring your packages arrive safely and quickly. I believe this renovation will be of great significance. We sincerely apologize for any delays that may occur in order processing during the warehouse renovation period. From February 10th to February 25th, we will suspend order shipping, which is expected to resume on February 28th. To express my apologies, I have applied for a coupon for you, which you can enjoy a discount on your next order. The coupon code is Email12. If you cannot wait, please contact our customer service email address, and we will process your refund. Thank you for your support! At the time they were advertising on Facebook, their warehouse was shut down. I should’ve come here first to verify the company and if I did I would not have ordered. Stay away from this company, and it looks like they’re padding their reviews.
Stop stealing artist work
Stop stealing artist work, if they say stop then respect and stop
Great Customer Service!
Great Customer Service! I bought a shirt and it was a bit too big for me. The customer service was incredible and they took care of it right away. Customer Service is important to me so I respect that they were so quick to resolve the size difference.

Good Quality Shirt and Print Quality - Would Recommend
Discovered this company by a Facebook ad. Nice quality sweat shirt (unbranded). Cool design. Quick shipment. I expressed some disappointment about the ink color, and they reached out to me to make it right, but it wasn't that big of a deal to me but I was impressed they cared enough to try to address my complaint. Five stars!

They rip off work from artists
They are a scam company that rips off the work of legitimate artists. Fon't buy for them!
Terrible Customer Service.
Terrible Customer Service. I would give zero stars if possible. Item was not as described. After multiple emails, they reluctantly agreed to refund my money, but only if I pay for shipping back to China. It's ridiculous that they want me to spend money for their mistake. They also recommended I not return it because it would be very expensive for me. LOL
Stolen designs!!!!!!

Poor quality in every way...
This China-based company is stealing designs from artists. Please don't support these thieves. Fast fashion - poor quality.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They are stealing designs from artists and selling them as their own.
