Ordered November 8th. Today us December 10th and no package delivered. It still says in Jamaica New York. I did use PayPal and there is a dispute in process. Please take my advice and do not pay directly, use paypal so they can guarantee a refund and investigate. This business is a scam. If you did lose money, you can contact your bank or credit card and dispute the charges. They will stand by the customer as this is a fraudulent company and even the people who get orders are saying they are sized wrong and not as described. Buyer beware.
Chinese Fraud
Fraudulent company, DO NOT PURCHASE Ordered October 1, "package" shipped from China October 11. According to the tracking they provided, it arrived in the US October 21st and was handed off to USPS. USPS tracking showed the package leaving Jamaica NY on Oct 25 and there was never another update. According to USPS (have spoken to them 3 times now), there was never any actual package and what was associated with the tracking number was handed off to another third party, which is not a typical USPS practice. In the meantime, I have recieved several text messages claiming to be USPS with weird links that clearly don't belong to USPS, saying my package has arrived at the warehouse or transit center and they need me to confirm information for delivery. This company stole my money and is attempting to phish more via text. DO NOT BUY FROM BELLELEMENT.

I bought a large-sized sweatshirt, it's quite loose and very comfortable to wear. The garment is well-made and meets my expectations.

The shirt is nicely made. It’s lightweight so you won’t burn up in it. It seems larger than a normal large and did not shrink. I had to reorder a medium to actually fit. Of course, long shipping time but worth the wait.

Sweatshirt is great quality and very soft. I was so happy to find a design that was NOT vinyl. I’m 5’4, 155lbs, and usually wear a medium but I sized up to a large for a looser fit and I’m so glad I did! I could wear the large with leggings and it covers my behind without being too baggy. The sweatshirt is as described and met all expectations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sizing was perfect. Took a little time to get here, but I figured that would be the case. Ordered early enough to be on time for Halloween. Quality seems great and shirt feels great.
Ridiculous
Thieves and crooks. These prints are so thick yet they have literally no real photo. Clearly copied from another source. Photos are blurred and not opaque at all. I got the ghosts around the camp fire and a Pakman pie sweater. All are thin enough to see through and feel like terry cloth on the inside. Half my order didn’t even show up and it took this almost two months to get to me. Customer service is trash. I attempted to reach out to them to cancel the order after realizing it wasn’t going to get here in time for the season. I ordered early September. They ignored my emails and lied about it being shipped for it to just sit in preshipment for three more weeks until it shipped this week. So any excuse to not cancel my order and give me a refund. They spend the last month bargaining with me telling me partial refund and coupons and I had to repeatedly tell them I wanted to return the items when they got here. Just to tell me I’ll have to pay for shipping all the way back to China instead of a warehouse in the US. Unfortunately I was stupid and believed the reviews on their site and bought 140 dollars worth.
So incredibly disappointed
So incredibly disappointed. I ordered three Halloween t-shirts on October 3rd. Advertised as arriving 12-15 days after ordering. They took over twenty days just to leave the warehouse. It’s October 29th and tracking shows they will be here on November 2nd. Customer service never replied to my email when I asked why my product hadn’t even shipped yet. I would have been perfectly content if I could have at least gotten them in time for Halloween but now it has proved to just be a waste of $70. I don’t expect to be able to get a refund or anything considering you can’t even contact anyone. Obviously can’t comment on the quality yet, but if you do want to order from this site I’d say order at least two months in advance of when you need your items. So unacceptable.

A really crappy “company”. They don’t do anything but scam people out of money. They never sent my order. I’ve seen other people claim they never got theirs either. And the people who did get theirs had major issues with the quality, size, etc. I placed an order on the 19th of September, it is currently October 12th and I haven’t received anything. I spent over $40. I’ve tired to reach out to the customer service email they have listed on the website multiple times and the emails I get back seem to be automated. The sender of the email is Kiera Floyd and the email states “Hello, there are a lot of orders recently, and it is expected to be sent out today or tomorrow, best wishes” None of my other concerns are listed in the reply back. Would HIGHLY not recommend buying from this “company”.
I was sent the wrong size shirt
I was sent the wrong size shirt. I contacted customer service and was told "if you want to return it, it's ok, but I don't recommend it". I was offered a $10 credit for a $35 shirt I can't wear. The other shirt I ordered had a different fit that was shown in the photo. Will NOT order from this company again!

Communication with the company was complicated - lucky me i received my order during one month (i read the reviews of other customers, who even didn’t receive their orders). I expected the application to be textile, incorporated in t-shirt material, but the application is of rubber and ironed on the t-shirt. Never the less the t-shirt looking nice and comfortable to wear, easy to take care of material. The beautiful fox on t-shirt was the reason why i bought it, and i really like it

Don’t believe any reviews that give this place anything above one star. They sell counterfeit items, such as fake “Comfort Colors” shirts. Items do not even closely match description. Very cheap, fake items. I’m in the middle of a PayPal dispute with them. Spent $80 for a few items, all turned out to be counterfeit, and their offer is a $15 refund because “shipping would be too expensive” for me. I will not be paying for shipping to return items they claimed were real. I need a full refund and they can pay for the shipping themselves. This is a scam operation. Any reviews saying otherwise are from the company itself.
