Good quality wool
Good quality wool. Delivery ran slightly over the estimate.
The rug matches the listing perfectly…
The rug matches the listing perfectly soft, well-made and sturdy. There was a small hiccup with DHL but once I reached out, the customer service team resolved it quickly and kindly.
Beautiful rug
Beautiful rug, worth every bit of the wait. The delay was communicated clearly so it never felt like an issue. Quality is excellent and it looks stunning in the room.
The design is genuinely uplifting
The design is genuinely uplifting, every time I walk in the room it makes me smile. Great quality and the shop is easy to communicate with.
The rug itself is fine
The rug itself is fine, but the shipping timeline was very different from what was advertised. Expected a few days, waited nearly three weeks with little proactive communication. Would appreciate more transparency upfront.

Even better in person than in the photos, and the photos were already stunning. It's completely transformed my dining room.
Stunning rug
Stunning rug, the colors are rich and it feels incredible underfoot. Shipping took a bit longer than expected due to current global circumstances, and there was a small import fee on arrival, but the seller kept me informed the entire time. Would buy again without a second thought.

I genuinely wasn't sure what I was getting into, and then it arrived. The colors, the texture, the shag depth… I've been walking on it barefoot ever since. It feels like a luxury item. Already planning my next order.n
Started with one
Started with one. Came back for two more. Might need a fourth. The quality is real, the colors are gorgeous, the price is fair and the service is top notch. Nothing to complain about.
I had a very specific vision
I had a very specific vision, a custom size, a mix of colors I couldn't find elsewhere. They nailed it. The weaving is impeccable and it's now the centerpiece of my hallway. If you're thinking about going custom, do it.
