I was called by someone in the shipping department or warehouse who helped me change an order. Very accommodating and went out of our way to check on things.

Always use a gator bag, period!
I needed to find a gator bag for a new tree. In a hurry, I ordered from another company and they were NOT what I know to be a true gator bags! But this time through Berry Hill I got the correct bags! No hassle, came quickly and now I have a quality, durable bag around my young maple tree.
Received the material as promissed.
