I jumped on BestDates with decent expectations, but it didn't deliver. The constant availability and overly affectionate messages felt off, and the refusal to do video calls was a major red flag. Everything cooled off dramatically once I spent money. That's why I moved on to RCompass.in. Being able to start a live video call straight away takes away the doubt about authenticity. The real life events and dating festivals they host helped me turn online chats into actual dates.

Elisabeth is very kind and helpful. I am disappointed in the men you have here. One was an AI generated photo used by a much younger Brazilian guy. I spent a lot of money and time communicating with him.The other was older, supposed to be a cardiologist (I researched and discovered the photos used are of a Brazilian jazz singer). I spent a year, over 300 letters, time and heartache with him. He became outright aggressive and I was spooked. I feel violated emotionally. I don't trust the men on your site any longer. You need to consider your duty of care to those of us who have been here. Elisabeth can only help so much.
