Delivery times infinite, return policies unfair. Making us pay for the shipping when an item doesn't fit - that's just not how things are done. They do everything they can to make returns difficult as well.

I love these kits. However the first I worked on was great except there weren’t enough beads for the potting shed, o4 beads. I’ve written several times and I’ve yet to hear anything. Disappointed

Tbh I was freaking out bc I thought I got scammed. It took a lot longer than expected. I tried contacting you and couldn't find your site. I gave up hope and was going to call my bank to see if I could be reimbursed. Thank God it finally came in the mail before that!
