Stellar Tool for Veterans
Coming out of 20 years of Federal Service (USAF), my journey required pulling 100 different documents, records, awards, and various other materials into one place to create a Resume that spoke quickly, cleanly and strongly of my skills and capabilities without boring a Recruiter....ENTER BMR and Brad Tachi!
Over the past months, Brad has spoken with several cohorts within the 7EAGLE Group Veterans Transition/Skillbridge program and provided Key success capability to our Service Members. His platform is user friendly, intuitive and made all the difference in saving me time drafting several Resumes and kept my focus on finding opportunities!
The fee is well worth the results. Feed the program everything you have and it develops top notch results!

Not going to dance around it but BMR has made me the happiest veteran ever! I never expected to pick up a 6 figure job right out of the military!
The resume builder was my absolute saving grace! It made my accomplishments in the mil translate so well to the corporate side! I did 15-20 targeted resumes!
The LinkedIn optimizer made helped me look more professional and had recruiters reaching out to me!
And the interview tool helped me be more confident as I was interviewing! Such an awesome tool and so helpful! Because of BMR I had total 8 interviews, 4 offers, and accepted the one all 6 figures with benefits! You are the man! Keep doing what you’re doing and killing it!

BMR was a great asset
BMR was a great asset to have in my job search. It tailored resumes from my lengthy master resume and edited them into quantifiable non-military terms. Thank you Brad, for putting this together!

Vets are at a significant disadvantage…
Vets are at a significant disadvantage coming into the civilian workforce. This is an undisputed fact that has led to the creation of a mandatory course all transitioning veterans must take prior to getting out of the military. The courses mean well but they don't offer individual assistance on how to draft a resume for each specific job. BMR did this for me and helped me gain employment and multiple job offers. BMR not only does this for free for the first resume but charges nearly nothing for additional resumes. Its a great deal from a creator who understands the veteran struggle and uses technology to help other vets. This is a great product and I highly recommend.

BMR helped me land my current job
BMR helped me land my current job, I have used it to create so many resumes and cover letters. Getting out of the military I was not looking forward to having to create resumes. Brad’s software makes it so easy and quick to pump them out, it helps with some of the stress. Using his software I’ve had upwards around 15-20 interviews or interview opportunities. As luck would have it, almost all of them came around the same timeline and I chose the the earlier job opportunity which worked best for me. He also has other tools to help veterans to get a job. I haven’t had to use any of those, so I can’t comment on them. I would highly recommend this site for veterans.

Outreach Specialist at U.S. Vets
As an Outreach Specialist at U.S. Vets, we regularly refer transitioning veterans to BMR for resume assistance. Personally, I also got 2 free resumes from BMR and they are the ones I intend to use if I ever need to seek other employment.
Thank you! And thank you for all you do for our veterans!

BMR is the best tool for your first resume
BMR was the exact tool I needed when transitioning out of the Army. I had no idea how to translate all of my experience into corporate words and stared at a blank word document for too long before trying to create a resume by myself. I came across BMR on LinkedIn and gave it a shot - it was EXACTLY what I needed to get started. I paid for the premium and tailored my resume to each position back when I was looking for a Skillbridge opportunity - I received multiple offers! I’ve been out for a year now and still preach BMR to anyone who doesn’t know where to start. 10/10 highly recommend!

I am having an outstanding experience with Best Military Resume. Transitioning from the military has been challenging, especially when translating years of leadership, technical experience, and responsibilities into civilian language that hiring managers understand. Their team did an excellent job taking my background and turning it into a clear, results-driven resume that aligned with the positions I was targeting.
They were very knowledgeable about federal and private-sector hiring processes, including how to optimize for applicant tracking systems and tailor content to specific roles. What stood out most was their ability to highlight my experience in a way that made it directly relevant.
Communication was professional and responsive throughout the process, and they were open to feedback and revisions to ensure everything was exactly right. The final product gave me much more confidence when applying for positions and speaking about my experience in interviews.
I would highly recommend Best Military Resume to any service member preparing to transition or looking to strengthen their resume for competitive roles.

I used the free version of BMR to tailor my resume in the legal industry. To my surprise, I got a same-day callback! I still work with the same boss 2 years later, and I couldn’t be happier with the resume I received. BMR changed the trajectory of my career, and I will never forget it. I would 1000000% recommend it to any military member or milspouse looking for a knock-out resume! Keep up the great work, BMR!

Erinn- Thank you so much for the review! I was so surprised when you told me. You are one of a few I've had direct access to that let me know that they got hired immediately after the first free resume. You definitely nailed it!
Loved the simplicity of using this program to take all my military jargon and civilianize it!
It’s takes the constant prompt guessing to use ChatGPT or other AI 🤖 and does it all for you. You can choose the design of your resume and cover letters and it’s extremely cost effective! Couldn’t ask for a better program to help transition 25 years into a new chapter of life! Thank you! (I also landed the 2nd job I applied for)
