Short Shelf-Life of Adhesive

I purchased their labels 14UP 4'x1 1/3" for laser and inkjet printers (100 count-1400 total) a couple of years ago through either Amazon or Walmart.com. I used them for Christmas cards each year and for various invitations for my children and grandchildren. I never had a problem with them until this past weekend. I printed out 24 labels and affixed them to the envelopes. The following morning, I was going to the post office to mail them, and I noticed that all the labels were pulling away from the envelope. A couple of labels fell completely off. I had to purchase some type of glue to secure the labels to the invitations. I probably have 40-50 sheets left that I am afraid to use. I wrote to the company and they responded quickly, but they gave me the runaround with wanting a video of the peeling labels and a copy of the original receipt. I did send them a picture of the box that they came in with their printed shipping label, but I explained that I had already glued the labels with rubber cement. They initially claimed they would investigate, but minutes later said that without an order number, they could not do anything. Clearly, their labels have a limited shelf-life and such should be clearly stated at the point of sale so that large quantities are not purchased that cannot be used within the shelf-life period. I will go back to buying Avery labels and urge people to buy only enough labels that can be used within a short time. Postscript: I located an order number and sent photos of such. Now the company says they can only assist with products bought directly from them and not through another “platform “. What a disreputable company! It doesn’t stand by its products, regardless of from what store they were purchased.

READ AND HEED THE FINE PRINT.

READ AND HEED THE FINE PRINT. I ordered several thousand of the wrong size label. My mistake. When I contacted them to return and get the correct size label, I was told that to return I had to send them to China. Cost prohibitive, indeed. I was offered a small percentage refund and told to keep them. Again, my mistake ordering the wrong labels, but had I been aware of this business' nature, I would have bought them elsewhere, as I now do.

Lousy Quality, Cannot Use.

They promote "Quality Labels" at a lower price but these are a shadow of Avery labels which we normally use. I am glad we only purchased a few types of labels to test. Very inexpensive as we have to give these away, if anyone will take them.

We bought labels for our Brother Q-1100…

We bought labels for our Brother Q-1100 printer. We had great experience with the Brother labels, but they were pricey and we tried these to lower costs. Big mistake. They are flimsy and have very poor adhesive quality with kraft paper boxes. Just ordered 20 brother rolls- simply not worth the cost savings to buy Betckey.

Terrible company to deal with they are THIEVES

Terrible company to deal with they are out of China and if you wish to return anything you ship to them at your expense IN CHINA. To begin with I ordered labels to fit a 550 Dymo printer except they do not actually make a label that works with that printer and shipping back will cost me another $125 to get it to China this is a SCAM Americans BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I asked for more paper cartridges…

I asked for more paper cartridges holders for my refillable paper for my brother printer and after three attempts at reaching them they still have not gotten back to me. Essentially customer service ignores customers

Bad quality glue

Bad quality glue. It either sticks too hard to the surface or starts to peel off after two weeks on a different type of plastic surface. When it sticks too hard, it's impossible to remove without leaving a sticky mess. It may work for others, but not for me.

Dymo company

Dymo company, Endicia, says these cannot be used on the label writer. They say you can only use their official product. You need a code number which is not on these stamps. Totally useless. Fraudulent. Just found out today, so can't return. What a scam. Want my money back.

Site and customer experience is a joke

Received the wrong items in my order and they were damaged as well. Site isn't working, at first I thought it was only for me but apparently not. Sent an email but no reply so far. I really don't want to have to dispute this order but if no reply in ten days I will have to. Won't be ordering again.
