Rigged
Rigged. When I stop it, you see it adjust. When you win, you then get nothing for a while. These are all the same. We win then thry take the winnings and more. I'm not expecting to always win but its just funny how you go up $30 and all of a sudden your down $50 losing consecutively.

Hi Steph, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your gameplay experience has felt disappointing, and we understand how frustrating it can be when the results do not match what you were hoping for. Please know that all of our games use certified Random Number Generators, which are regularly tested to ensure every result is fair, random, and compliant with industry standards. This means that each outcome is completely random, independent, and cannot be predicted or influenced. If there is a specific round or gameplay session you would like us to investigate, please contact our support team directly via LiveChat or email at [email protected] so we can review the matter further. Kind Regards, The Betty Team

Very poor bonuses
Big bass race day, 2 bonuses after about 300 spins, 16x and 20x, then the rest of the game throwing out the odd 2p. Just seems like the same issues with these unpopular sites. Almost as if they're trying to build up some money to get them going. Issues with verifying my account obviously, as documents aren't sending through which I imagine is there to hold up people's withdrawals like some of the worst casinos do.

Rigged
Rigged; worst site ever. 1,168 spins at 4$ and my biggest win (on a bonus) was 41.36$.

Hi Abyd, We’re really sorry to hear about that session. We know how frustrating it is to go through over a thousand spins and hit a bonus round that doesn't deliver, that’s definitely not the outcome anyone hopes for. While all the games on our site use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure every spin is 100% fair and random, high-volatility slots can sometimes hit brutal cold streaks. That said, we completely understand your disappointment. If you'd like us to take a look at your session logs together or chat about your account, please reach out to our support team via live chat or email at [email protected] anytime. Best regards, The Betty Team
