Love playing but some games take forever to get bonuses..

Hi Winnie,
Thank you for leaving us a review.
We are so glad to hear that you love playing on our platform, though we completely understand how frustrating it can be when bonus rounds take longer than expected to hit. Because all of our games operate on a certified random number generator, the timing of features and bonuses is entirely unpredictable and down to chance.
We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that your next session triggers those bonus features much faster!
Kind Regards,
The Betty Team

It was good at the beginning. After you win the first time nearly impossible to hit another bonus spin

Hi Dash,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We’re sorry to hear that your gameplay experience has not met your expectations, especially when it felt more difficult to trigger bonus features after your initial win.
Please know that all of our games use certified Random Number Generators, which are regularly tested to ensure every result is fair, random, and compliant with industry standards. This means that each outcome, including bonus features, is completely random, independent, and cannot be predicted or influenced.
If there is a specific round or gameplay session you would like us to investigate, please contact our support team directly via LiveChat or email at [email protected] so we can review the matter further.
Kind Regards,
The Betty Team

They Refuse Promotions and STEAL from customers.
GARBAGE! My friend referred me to this site and spoke highly of it. I've been a customer for 6 months, leveled up to the different tiers and never got any of the status upgrade perks. Support simply quoted some garbage terms that read "We reserve the right to limit your eligibility for any or all perks at our discretion." So even though I spend a ton of money to upgrade my status they say I am unable to have any of the perks that come with this. If you read the terms it also states they can shut your account time at any time. Meaning if you have thousands of dollars deposited they can simply close your account and steal all your money. This is more or a PYRAMID SCHEME! The people who seem to refer others get all the perks and they just steal from the new people who sign up through referrals. You wont see another Dime out of me Betty. What a waste of time and money.
