Too pricey

There are cheaper options on the market. And sometimes the website takes way too long to load.

Avoid at all costs. Total scam. Will charge you anyway. Zero customer service or support.

Used the free trial. Cancelled on my 3rd day. Was charged anyway. Requested a refund within 24hrs, as it states and I’ve still yet to hear anything. Tried to email and talk on chat but keep getting the exact same copy and paste, AI response. This is terrible. Avoid. It’s disgusting behaviour.

My daughter has a small Etsy business and on her journey to learn more she watched a bunch of tiktok marketing people swearing their life on bigspy. So I made her an account and thought we could try it for free and if it helps I can pay for a package. The free keywords search doesn't even work it goes to pricing. We tried a number of times from my computer and phone and it didn't work once all the while using up our free keyword search. If this thing can't even show that it works I'm not spending money on this. These tiktok people posting about it really should be called out foe their promotion of it.

scammmmmmmers they are not making things clear on the website and charged me, they will never refund your money

They are SCAMMER

They are SCAMMER, be AWARE of them! I started the 3 days free trial and then I stopped the subscription and deleted my account, I also sent to Alex an email telling him that I want to cancel my subsciption. But today they charged me 99$ even if I dont have an account anymore! THIEFS!!

Unless you enjoy being scammed

Unless you enjoy being scammed, be my guest and sign up with them!! They charged my card after the free trial ended (okay cool!) However six days after they charged my card, my account was still registered as a free account. They never upgraded it even though they took money out of my account. Sent emails on top of emails, no response! I had to just bury my tail between my legs and cancel the card. It's too bad I didn't come here to read the reviews before I made a huge mistake of dealing with them. Hindsight is 20/20 - BEWARE SCAAAMMMMEEEERRRRRRRRRRRS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I SOOOO HAAAAAAAATE THESE GUYS!!!! SUPER ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED!! DAAAAAAMN! THESE GOONS!

cheaper than others

Not bad, it was free before, now you need to pay for the basic and pro plan, but sometimes it has some promotions, just ask the support to check for you. Anyway, it's still cheaper than other tools.
