I purchased a solar pond filter set which works fantastic. Best solar kit I have bought it works even on cloudy days. Had it just under a year and had a problem with it so emailed the customer service dept which was on back of solar panel. The person got back to me immediately and sent out a replacement which I got within days. Fantastic customer service, polite friendly replies and superquick to help.
Biling 8W Outdoor Solar Fountain is the best water pump I’ve ever had in the pond. the flow is constant and it work with a minimum day light or in a cloudy days, not necessary a direct sun light. Also their customers service works really good, if you have any problem they will solve. I'm really happy
I really loved my fountain but an animal may a rat has bitten through cable any way I can change cable and pump?
I am waiting for a reply from Biling as there is no correct way to attach the nozzles to the pump - without a screw thread to hold them in place they detach as soon as the water is turned on. Their instruction manual doesn’t match the pump that comes with an outlet preformed.
If I could have given more stars, I would. The products (aerator and water feature pumps), I have purchased from this company are the best I have ever bought. I had an issue several weeks after purchasing the aerator but the customer service was second to none and a replacement was sent. If you need any pumps etc. then here is the place to purchase them from. Very highly recommended Phil Lester
I got the bigger one with the floating disk. The strong pump makes a nice water show. The LED lights at night turn the whole pond area into something pretty special.
It puts out a strong water flow, and the size is just right for my patio. It keeps working well even during the wettest times of the year!
It splashes a little in the wind, but I can adjust it. The birds are fans, and so am I - it just adds such a nice, peaceful element to the yard.
