It seems like this company is defunct. There's no recent activity on their social media accounts and their signup page doesn't work anymore.

Rip off and thiefs

Rip off and thiefs! They are withdrawing monthly amounts to pay my bills but the bills are still being paid on my American Express card and they never pay the bills. So I'm having the money stolen from my bank account then I have to pay the bill on my American Express Card. Alex has twice tried to correct this but keeps withdrawing the money and not paying the bills. DO NOT GIVE THEM ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNTS

Abysmal Customer Service

BillTrim has proven to be nothing more than a time-consuming scam with very little in the way of customer service. I have had a recurring issue with being billed through BillTrim and by the provider to whom they claim to have paid. I have sent multiple emails (of which I have copies) and attempted to contact them through the BillTrim website with no luck. Each attempt to access "My Account" from the website leads to a signup process to save money on my bills. I paid $99 for the "lifetime" service, and thus far I've gotten nothing but a headache. Perhaps if I'm lucky, an actual person will see this an respond. With my luck thus far, though, the goofy "Alex" AI will reach out with more offers to save me money.

BillTrim does what it says. Very capable leaders handle the entire process from the beginning so there is really isn’t any effort on the client’s part.

They managed to save me over $900 over 3 years off my Spectrum bill. They are professional negotiators. I was skeptical at first, since their phone number didn’t seem to work and they had all those username and password requirements for my accounts. But I went with it and they saved me 10 fold.

BillTrim saved me $180 for next two years of my bills. This is the money I didn’t even realized I was over paying before BillTrim folks took a look. Absolutely worth trying them out, you might be surprised how much you can save.

I just tested out my internet and electric bill and didn’t expect any saving since I was on the lowest plans for both. But I was surprised they were able to save me $100 of my internet bill. Would highly recommend and definitely worth it if you input all your bills.

Amazing 5 star customer service

With my least involvement, customer representative of Billtrim helped me save on xfinity bills by around $180 for next year. Representative was great in handling my other bills as well. I would strongly recommend billtrim to all my friends.
