This is my first-ever Minecraft server
This is my first-ever Minecraft server, and it was a lot to learn; however, the Bisect team has made this journey a breeze! They have been so helpful in assisting me with my technical issues as well as answering all my questions so that I can grow my knowledge of how to run my server more smoothly! These members specifically have helped me a bunch, so shout out to Jacqueline, Dan, and Terrance!!
Ps5 players might struggle to join
Server is Great but when it came to joining the server on console I could not join until a friend on pc joined first

good hosting
good hosting. got confused a lot but it was pretty easy to get through. more errors on my end than servers. too bad we didnt play alot. as in. me and my friends. sucks.

Super fast customer service
Super fast customer service and easy to understand the explaination of the problem, and they provide solution so fast, I noticed it's already fixed after I done with my chores after 3 hours.

Rip Off, Find another provider.
I got a server here before and it was okay. It had problems running and it was on their end. Server kept crashing or not even loading up. Had to wait days to get it resolved and there was like a dozen people on 1 ticket. They never offered any kind of compensation for time lost. Anyway I got a valheim server and it was okay. After a few months or so I decided to get another Dayz Server. Big mistake. It ran like crap. I got the "upgrade" to a dedicated IP and it corrupted my files. When I made a ticket nobody could help me. So I went back to my old back ups and got it up and running again myself. Then suddenly another person gets on my ticket who had no idea what was going on, and decided to revert my server back and delete all my progress. They seem to be only concerned about minecraft here. I asked for a refund and they told me to kick rocks basically. If you purchase any kind of service from them and it's terrible experience they just keep all your money. No offers on discounts or anything. The only thing they got there is a decent GUI.

I helped a server upgrade and WOW I never seen such a huge improvement like the TPS they all stay 20 that is perfect and one important thing is keeping the server on forever that saved people who were begging to start
