Their service is great quality. They have very helpful guides. And their customer service is top notch if the guides dont manage to help. My only complaint is the price, its a bit expensive.

The packages made it easy to buy and understand. The console page is very easy to use. Connection is great too- have not had any issues with multiple cross platform players

The server ran well, regular restarts were fast and I could make changes to the world settings easily and rapidly restart the server to apply changes. The only problem was that when trying to set up the server, it refused to accept my Visa card.

I was experiencing problems getting my server started and running. The configuring and the whole 9 yards. I submitted a ticket and very quickly got a response. I had to go to sleep that night and couldn’t resolve the issue, ended up busy once again and got around to the issue days later. Re followed up with the emails and was met with excellent help at very quick speeds as well. Top tier customer service.

I have had a great experience with Bisecthosting overall. It has been easy to use, and suited my server purposes well. The only issue I had was a problem when wanting to downgrade my server plan when I switched games. At first the system wasn't allowing me to downgrade without paying for the next month at the higher tier plan first, but after contacting support Ashley L. was able to help me get an invoice for the lower tier plan I wanted and solved my issue within a matter of minutes. I don't think I've ever had better customer support anywhere before!
