Purchased a new miner with a liquid…
Purchased a new miner with a liquid cooling kit, liquid cooling was not made correctly and shorted out two of the hashboards, wasted money and time shipping to see if warranty would cover but since I touched it they wont, wasted $3,500 with Weng offering no solutions to resolve.

Hello, we can't take this blame, this liquid cooling kit have been sold quite some quantities and running perfectly with good records! as your feedback one out of 3 boards was not assemblied it correctly and caused it broken, sorry that we can't take this fault not due to the quality issue, we have offerred to take a try to repair, however we didn't receive your further feedback, please communicate with us to try to work it out!

Unfortunately I am not that satisfied with the used miner because the used miner has a broken fan which means it is unbalanced and makes very loud noises and the other problem is that the machine gets very hot and switches itself off after 15 minutes at the latest. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the service and the spare parts were also great.

Would you please feedback the issues to your contact channel ? we will fix the issues if applicable. update: The issue mentioned was a cosmetic crack on the fan’s edge which broken during the transit, and did not affect the device’s performance. As agreed, we sent a replacement free of charge, and the other matter has also been resolved to the satisfaction.

This company allows paypal as a payment…
This company allows paypal as a payment option, that encouraged me to place my order for a spare hashboard. I created an account, they sent me an estimate and a payment link using paypal. Made the payment, an email with shipping was sent within 3 days. Received my hashboard and it worked without any issues. I would buy from this company again.
Selling faulty miners no refunds!
Don’t EVER order from, there is some dirty trick that this company is using to ensure they never have to refund you. They sold two extremely faulty miners, one psu has gone within 4 days and two fans had cut wires on, but they tested them 🤷♂️ I did order second hand miners but that should mean they don’t run. Here’s the disgusting part, you cannot return whole units to china as they ‘don’t accept’ used electronics into the country, how convenient, so even if you buy new and something goes wrong they will NEVER refund you! They also extort for shipping costs and use the slowest methods! I do not want to keep the products as mentioned in the reply below, I would have to return them with a chance of China saying no at customs for the reason stated above, if somehow they do accept them I’d be subject to a 20% restocking fee on top of the shipping costs! AVOID like the plague everyone!

This is the 6th order from you. your ordered device was released to the market nearly 10 years ago, considering the product might not be in perfect condition, we were aware of this and tried our best to select these 2 units for you, which tested more than 20sets out of stock and selected the best what we could, and you can see it’s been refurbished with nearly new signal cables / original high-end fans , also each hashboard also was functioning at least at the beginning when received it. when you feedbacked the broken on the fan and control board during the transit we have already immediately arranged the replacement and shipped to you at our cost. We are willing to work with you to get it back online, sorry that we can’t accept your request of the full refund and you also want to keep the products. To clarify the shipping, the transit time for expedited shipping to your country is typically 3-5 days. For reference, your previous order was delivered in 3 days. However, this timeframe cannot be guaranteed during the holiday season, especially in early December, due to severe delays reported by the shipping company. I had already highlighted this potential issue when confirming your order.
Straight Foward/Timely Transaction 10/10
An IceRiver KS1 hashing board was required to replace a faulty board. The replacement board was ordered from BIT2MINER. The whole transaction was very easy - the order placed and payment was made. The communication with Weng from BIT2MINER was very good. The board arrived and is working great. Couldn't fault this transaction - very very good.
