Ahem, a while back, we saw a need in our hometown community of Minneapolis for an easy, fast and affordable way to order all the wonderful cuisine around here without shuffling through a mess of menus, making endless phone calls, or trying to navigate a great restaurant's not-so-great website. So, with years of restaurant experience under our woefully well-fitting belts, we decided to do something about it and create Bite Squad.Bite Squad is the last place you'll ever have to go online to order yummy cuisine for delivery or take-out. We've partnered with local restaurants, hand-picked our food lovin' customer support squad, and wrangled up a fleet of environmentally friendly vehicles to get fresh food from the restaurant straight to your door, quickly and hassle free!

Weird situation
Ordered food and an hour later the driver called and said she tried calling the restaurant 3 times to confirm our order but no one answered so she was canceling the order and putting the money as a credit on our Bite Squad account. My husband called the restaurant and when they answered, the gal told my husband that the driver told her that WE canceled the order (we did not). So the gal at the restaurant told us to reorder - we had our food in less than 30 mins. Not sure what happened the first time.

My door dasher went above and beyond
My door dasher went out of her way to meet my needs. I had ordered through the app and forgot to change the address from my home to my work address. I called her and she rerouted immediately. The food was still hot when she arrived.

TOO expensive
Our food was great, our driver was great, the $23 in fees (not including the tip for our driver) is not great.
We ordered 2 entrees and 2 appetizers for $48 and had $23 in fees on top of that. Too many fees that I'm not sure go towards the driver's wage. Very expensive, considering Bite Squad takes a percentage of the sale from the restaurant.

Status of order showed delivered, but food was never delivered. Contacted someone at bite squad and they couldn’t contact the delivery person. Will never use again! Horrible! Customer service has gone to crap!

Horrible driver
The Service from BiteSquad was not good. According to the map, the driver drove 10-15 minutes the other way. Stopped somewhere for about 5-8 minutes and then headed back to my house to drop off my food. At this point, my food was barely warm and was soggy. Horrible service. When the driver finally got to the house, they didn’t knock or anything. I just happened to see them back out of the driveway

Exceptional customer service, BiteSquad
The first driver had car issues so another driver was dispatched. There was a long delay getting the food delivered but BiteSquad made up for it. The customer service people were outstanding. And even tho the food wasn't quite as piping hot as it might have been, it was quite tasty.

I love Bite Squad but am disappointed…
I love Bite Squad but am disappointed that the delivery people never even ring your doorbell to let you know the order was in fact delivered. They have your number but not even a text. It was chilly tonight and in the five minutes or so the order was sitting on my porch since I had no idea it was delivered left my order a little cold!!!
