I have located the order using your email address, and the records indicate that the item was delivered on February 10th. I regret that I have not received any communication from you, other than the review, and would have addressed this sooner. I will be contacting you via email to obtain further details regarding your concerns. **For Immediate Attention: Update - February 19, 2026** I want to assure all customers that I am dedicated to providing an exceptional experience with every order. I am currently communicating with the customer, and while they may not have yet seen my email, I wish to share this update with all valued customers. As the owner of More4less, Chad, I must state that a technical issue occurred with the product and its UPC, resulting in an inaccurate description. The customer is correct; they had requested replacement blades, but unfortunately, an entire new knife and blades were sent instead. The additional items mentioned were complimentary gifts, as I enjoy providing extra value to my customers. The customer will receive a full refund and a sincere apology via email. In addition to the refund, and while allowing them to keep the items already sent, I have also promised that if I locate the specific blades they requested, I will send them free of charge. I have encountered a similar situation in the past, and although I corrected the error and made the promise, I actually located the item six months later and fulfilled the commitment. I even received a call to ensure they weren't charged twice. I reminded them of the promise, and as always, I kept my word. I have asked the customer to consider revising their rating, but I have also made it clear that if they choose not to do so, I understand and accept responsibility for the mistake. I believe that acknowledging errors is the key to learning and improving. To those considering placing an order with More4less, I want to assure you that I am committed to providing excellent service and high-quality products. I aim to exceed your expectations and provide a shopping experience that goes beyond just being a number or another order. Thank you for finding the correct More4less while doing your research! There are definitely some questionable ones out there, and I often get calls to fix their mistakes. My personal favorite is when people call to complain about their rental cars (funny enough, I don’t rent out cars). I always ask if they’re interested in purchasing an extended warranty, but they usually hang up before realizing they’ve dialed the wrong number. Thanks again for the review! – Chad
