I booked a private jet charter through Bitlux and the entire process was effortless from start to finish. Their team communicated clearly, coordinated every detail, and made sure I felt taken care of. The flight was comfortable, on time, and truly a premium experience I would choose again.
We flew private to London and Kyle personally checked in before departure. Everything was buttoned-up. You can feel the difference with Bitlux.
I booked with crypto and the process was seamless. Kyle and Victor handled everything transparently. Bitlux understands modern travelers and delivers flawlessly.
Victor made signup easy, and Dennis handles my bookings like clockwork. Bitlux's jet card gives me flexibility without the hassle-perfect for frequent business travel.
Laura and Caio are my new BFFs! Thank you so much for your world class service every step of the way. So responsive and always one step ahead of the game. Highly recommended and can’t wait to book again!
Chris knocked it out of the park again! My family and I were in Montana right before the arctic storm was about to blow through. Knowing good and well our commercial flight would be cancelled or delayed the next day we reached out. He got us a great deal on a one way VERY last minute Lear. It was with a lovely bottle of wine, charcuterie board and two very accommodating pilots. Couldn’t have asked for a more seamless solution!
Chris and his personal valet service, especially with the complimentary Rolls Royce ride home.
Chris is a true professional. He was able to source a plane at an extremely competitive price point with 15 hours notice flying from a foreign country into the US. When we were diverted to a nearby airport, he comped us transportation for the inconvenience. This business has a wide range of service, and Chris is top notch. I’d work with him again without hesitation.
Great last minute experience. Helped us out of a bind. Lots of moving pieces that required intervention and Kyle was great in staying in communication and making sure the experience went smooth. Wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.
Chris was amazing to work with! The owners of the company had an amazing trip with everything taken care of for them. Every single detail is paid attention to.
Chris was amazing to work with. Everything went extremely smooth. He responds very fast and went above and beyond my expectations!!! If you want or need to fly private Chris is your guy!!! The plane was super nice and we had great pilots. I definitely want to fly again!!! Book with him you won't be sorry!!!
Chris Gannon was amazing to work with, he jumped through hoops to accommodate our last minute travel needs, will definitely rely on him and BitLux for our future charter needs.
Highly recommend BitLux; always professional, discreet, and organized. Chris has been a pleasure to work with, and is available all hours of the day. I look forward to the numerous I will be taking in the future with BitLux.
From the first phone inquiry this morning, Chris was pleasant, informative, polite and responsive. He found a plane within about 90 minutes. He then meet our car outside the terminal and loaded the bags onto a valet cart, and escorted us into the lounge area prior to boarding. Chris and his staff helped my wife and her mother onto the plane and then waited with me for “wheels up” before leaving the terminal. Excellent experience all around.
I used Bitlux to travel to the BVI's. From the beginning speaking with both Kyle and Caio, they were both very informative of all the questions I had. Being in todays environment with Covid, I wanted to review all possibilities of things that may arise out of my control. They both were very professional in their responses and covered all basis with the travel. I shopped around before Bitlux and almost went with a company offering a King Air 350. With Bitlux, they offered a Hawker 800 which is a jet versus a propeller plane. In my view my the price difference was minimal and worth it for the faster travel time and sound from being a prop plane. Caio even came out to the plane to ensure everything was a perfect experience before taking off. My wife and friends enjoyed every minute and happy we chose the Hawker 800. I highly recommend them as it was such a streamline process from booking, payment, to their follow up.
Great Experience, Great service fast response and make your experience very smooth and relaxing. A+
Super smooth, great customer service. Helped me when I was in a pinch! Will definitely be using again!
Bitlux gave me and my family the safest, most private luxury air experience to date. The company has unmatched service along with some of the fastest and friendliest customer support. I will exclusively be flying with BitLux in the future.
Bitlux’s booking process was seamless. We used cryptocurrency for the payment (I think they’re the only ones accepting crypto at this time) All members of the Bitlux communicated extremely well. I worked with Kyle to get my flight booked and he checked in with helpful texts and updates along the way. It was a most extraordinary flight for me and my guests. We felt safe, comfortable and the flight arrived ahead of schedule.
