I have the game baby and was given the updated version for free. I purchased the case during its kickstarter. The company contacted me about the updated case and told me they would send the 2.0 version for free. The second case disappeared after the shipping company said it was an invalid address. Bitmo sent a third case without any question. Also the new case is great.
From purchase, to shipping, to after-sale inquiries, the customer service is very responsive. The case is amazing. The overall feel of fit, finish, and build quality is very high!
I really love the bang case for iphone 14 pro max it adds lots of functionalities not only good looks. Great product love it.
Great service, the Bang case came quick, had tracking all the way and i live the programable button and that you can see the pcbs on the back. Overall a good experience
Great product! Great customer service!!
The case is built well, the design is one I personally love where it shows the circuitry of the case and the Bang button is a plus since I use a iPhone 14pro which is lacking the apple action button. The grips added to the sides is a great addition. Must buy for those who love to experiment with tech and want a solid functional case.
The case is beautiful works perfectly once it was broken and i ask the team they changed it without asking anything
