Withdrawal Request was on hold for over 6 hours. Said they were going over the game logs, yet when my game was hacked they said they would not be able to see what had happened to the money on my account. I have played on this site for a couple years and if you win a larger amount of money it often ends the same way…,delay after delay!! The same generic answers are given over and over. I don’t recommend using this site it’s unpredictable and not concerned with how long you have to wait for your deposit to be added to your platform and you really have no idea how long it might take or if you will get your winnings!

So, I had reached an amount while playing with this platform after depositing 10 dollars into my vegasx account...I'd say around about maybe 80 to 90 dollars I had won. The bonus they applied to my deposit brought my starting balance to 50 dollars. Now when I tried to cash out I tried to get the whole amount I had accumulated, and what my chargeable balance showed. They declined my withdrawal. They said I couldn't withdraw more than 50 dollars...but immediately proceeded to saying, if you reach 7x your deposit amount you will receive the entire amount in incraments of 50 dollars a day. So I agreed and reached the goal to receive the full amount. They sent me 50 dollars right then. The next day when I put in my withdrawal request they went against everything they said prior to, and said to me..if you receive your (NEXT INCREMENT TOWARDS THE ENTIRE BALANCE!!) 50 DOLLAR INCREMENT, WE WILL TAKE THE REMAINDER OF YOUR BALANCE AND NULLIFY IT...OR...YOU CAN WAIT 24 MORE Hours AND RECEIVE THE FULL CHARGEABLE BALANCE, WHICH IS ONLY 100 DOLLARS NOW...$125 IS LEFT ("AFTER") THEM TAKING 50 DOLLARS AND SENDING IT TO ME in the first withdrawal of 4. WHAT I WAS MADE TO BELIEVE AND WAS TOLD THE Process OF RECEIVING the entire balance would be, which WOULD BE in INCREMENTS OF $50 3 times, and 1 payment of 25. TOWARDS RECEIVING THE ENTIRE 175 DOLLAR balance, AS WAS SAID...COMPLETELY DISREGARDING MY INTELLIGENCE, MY PATIENCE AND MY TIME!! Now they still haven't cashed me out and it's been two days just to get the entire 100 and then still finding a way to take 25 dollars from the entire winnings.. Their chat won't pop up anymore do I can't contact them and they haven't responded to me once after feeding me all the above foolishness just to find a way to still deduct from my winnings, and going back on their word.

I sent $30 worth of Ethereum. Nowpayments.io confirmed they received the payment, as did the blockchain transaction tracker I use. They created a helpdesk ticket but seemingly as a means to try to stop me from messaging support since now they say they can't do anything until the ticket is resolved. No matter how many times I send them proof, they claim they haven't receive my deposit even 15 hours later. So they stole my deposit.

Deposited and played through on my vegas x account. Afterward I got my $1 daily and got it up to $50 to cash out. But they declined and said I had to deposit before it, so i deposited again but would not put it on the platform until it was at zero! So I played it till it was gone after getting it up past $150. Then I had to ask them 7 times to put my deposit on it since they refuse to let me get refunded, yet it took 4-5 hours or more for them to do it, just to make me not win a cent from the $30 I got on it! Fraud and BS!

After contacting support they said they found the mixup with my deposit and would open a support ticket and transfer it to the financial department ASAP. That was last night(11/01/25) at 3am...I contacted them again today at 3pm and at 9pm and got the same run around with the same excuse, then the agent closed our chat. Not to mention, the other day when I wanted to cashout $350, they said "they had to check the game logs" and wouldn't let me cashout. They have fast deposits but there withdrawals could be more efficient. You never know how long your going to have to wait to get it. It seems like they have got tighter with there winnings. I am honest when I say this. Man I was about to give up with verification but their customer service level was on point with my frustration, that I couldn't give up. Needless to say WE got though it and got me my money and the verification. Thank you to the several customer service agents that deal with ppl like me ( lol ).

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I would recommend them

The sign up bonus and other promotions they have are great. Like the lucky charm chests you can open after making a deposit, that's one thing that is offered only on bitofgold. Deposits are made quickly with no issues. If I could recommend any improvements it would definitely be less pop ups on the site and if the withdrawal process could be more efficient. It says withdrawals can take up to 24 hours but you don't know if it's going to be paid out within an hour or take the full 24 hours. Also I recently had a withdrawal declined bc it was won from bonus credits earned on the gaming platform. I would understand if i hadn't made any deposits to that platform recently but I had made deposits that same day and days leading up to it.
