tried to deposit this morning but when the money never hit my account I chatted with the live support first on the website he did absolutely nothing about it was like pulling teeth just to get the live agent i was talking with to even message me back, finally I emailed the bitofgold support team and received an email back instantly about how they're going to "investigate" it and get back with me as soon as possible. HOURS later and still nothing so I sent another email, and now hours later I've still heard nothing back from them. be careful everybody.

I was sent an email claiming that I received a 200% bonus on next deposit so I deposited 20$ to find out they only credited me with 23$ and the agent then said it was random and it was part of the excitement of not knowing what you’ll get?! For the longest, there’s been an android download. They show no signs to be in the works of an iPhone download, which would make navigating through everything that much easier.
