Chinese scam company
Chinese scam company. I bought a case from them on Alibaba. The advertised price was around $220 CAD, but I had the surprise to see my credit card being billed $423 CAD which is almost the double of what was advertised on their shop. I was misled and confused by the currency exchange and I proceeded to checkout. They subtly changed the currency from CAD to USD and added fees. When I realized the mistake, they refused to refund. They even refuse to let me return the item. On top of this, I paid extra for accelerated air shipping, but they sent it with slow boat shipping and stole my money. I paid for service never rendered. Total scam. The best they offered was a $20 discount on a future order. This company will steal your money and run with it. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Other names used by the scam includes "Guangzhou Ruihe Technology Industry" and "Shenzen BaiKeShi Technology Co"
