Nothing went wrong. Thank you for sending the sewing kit. I was surprised how fast I received my kit. I didn't I gad been using the wrong needles for a long time. I find I can sew hems easier.

I ordered a little stuffed bunny that goes on backpacks for my daughter on Feb 27th. It is now April 18th, still waiting...

I tried to cancel my order from this company within a few hours after I read the reviews which I should have done before. They ignored my request even though their site states cancellations can be made before the item ships. I then waited over 3 weeks to receive my order which was Christmas garland and I didn’t receive it until after the holidays. They advertised two pieces and I only received one and it did not remotely resemble the photo on their site. They now are ignoring my request to return it. They offered me an $4 refund. and will not pay for shipping and they have not offered to send the second garland. I have never dealt with a company this horrible and I would advise not purchasing anything from them as they are scammers.

They Try To Charge More Than Checkout Price

I went to the site and tried to order a couple of items. The total at checkout (with % off listed price and a discount code) was $60 and change. My card company alerted me to the fact that the business was trying to charge just shy of $80 to my card. On the comments for the ad I'd tapped on Facebook I commented about the problem and that they needed to fix the issue either with their payment processing or a possible issue with applying the % off. The post was immediately deleted by someone monitoring the ad. A shorter follow-up post about it being deleted and about the charge issue was also deleted (but not before I got a screenshot). They also advertise as being a husband and wife running the business themselves, but from what I've read so far that's a complete lie.

Dry, Useless Eyeliner & a $2 Insult

I bought two eyeliners — one worked fine, but the other was so dry and hard that I practically had to scratch my eyelid to get any color, and even then it barely showed. When I contacted the seller for a refund because the product clearly didn’t work as advertised, they offered me a laughable $2 refund. Save your money — this product is not worth it.

This is a scam!

I ordered a steam hair straightener brush. After a month of waiting, my order arrived but it was a plain electric hair brush. When I queried this, they said the correct item had been delivered. They said I could return it to China but would have to pay all costs. They offered me a $9 refund! A complete scam. Don't waste your money!

I did not receive the steam hair straightener advertised. No steam at all just a heated brush...very disappointed in my almost $50 purchase that started at $29....Don't know who/where to contact for a return? 🥹

YOU WON’T RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDERED

This is a company located in China. They don’t guarantee that you’ll get what you ordered because if you didn’t, like I didn’t, you have to pay to return it to them back to China. I ordered a steam hair straightener, and they sent me a plain flat iron. I’ve been completely ripped off, so STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE.
