Excellent customer service and shipping
Transmission fluid change kit…
Ordered a transmission fluid change kit for my Challenger. I liked the video showing the proper procedure. I also like how they send you what you need altogether. I did not like how difficult it was to get the bottle spout into the hand pump. They are almost exactly the same size. It takes multiple attempts to switch from one bottle to the next with oily hands, lying on my back under the car. You only have a short window to complete the refill process before the transmission temperature gets too high and it takes 3 to 4 minutes to switch to the next bottle. In hindsight you either need 5 pumps to connect to each bottle individually before you get under the car or pour all 5 quarts into one receptacle and pump from that single source. The current process of switching the pump from one bottle to the next is difficult. There needs to be a better way.

Great parts
Great parts, delivery was good but only caveat was slight leakage from the trans fluid bottles. Mitigated by trash bag but I paid for the fluid inside the bottle not outside. At any rate that is more a manufacturer error not providing a good seal. Otherwise good overall experience.

I was worried at first. The dealer quoted me really high for the parts I needed to service my 23 grand Cherokee L (ZF 8 speed transmission) and I was worried that this price was so good that the fluid and filter wouldn't be good quality. I did a lot of research and decided to move forward with the purchase. I wanted to wait until I used it for a while before leaving a review. I serviced my transmission and rear differential about a month ago and everything went perfect. Everything fit well. The bottles and pump made it supper easy!! I will definitely use this next time service is due and I highly recommend it!! If your on the fence just do it!

This was my first order from Blauparts and I must say I was impressed. Called and spoke with customer service to help me decide which of the multiple transmission fluid and filter kits for my 2018 Audi Q5 was best for me. Really just came down to which brand of fluid I preferred. Order placed online. The kit arrived well packed with HD bubble wrap in a thick cardboard box. There was no way anything would have leaked during transit. Happy with the items received in my shipment. Will order from them again in the future!

The video was easy to follow and understand. The packaging was superior. I was surprised at how well it was done. How awesome would it have been if the tools were included. 8mm hex head ( stubby) fill plug 10mm hex head(stubby) drain plug T-40 torx(stubby) transmission bolts
