I found the platform very easy to use
I found the platform very straightforward and simple to use. I particularly like the way Blaze does a deep dive of the internet, website and any other content it can find and then builds a really clear profile of the customer’s business. You then build a brand media library that Blaze can use. You can then decide on the style of content writing so that it accurately reflects the “personality”of the customer. I also like the way it gives you complete control over content, frequency of posts and which social media platforms to post to.
Well worth the money! Saves me hours of work and money! And most importantly the customer service is actually good unlike most companies where once they take your money you struggle to get hold of them! My social media following grew alot in the last month! Thanks for the good service you guys provide.

I want to give this app 4 stars, but have had multiple glitches my 3rd week in. There were a few when I first started, but I worked around them. But new glitches arose. They are finally starting to be addressed (customer support lags) and keep in mind, they are a relatively new company. So, I am trying to have my patience because I believe that this can be a great app because for how it works, it's good. It can just be better!
