Would not recommend - By week three, major technical issues occurred: posts went out randomly, overcrowding platforms, the design editor disappeared, and I couldn’t add website pages for content creation. Support provided no solution and I spent hours trying to fix these problems. Although a refund was offered, no courtesy was given to complete the remaining week’s content – 2 days. As a small business launching out, this has been detrimental to campaign and ruined momentum. Blaze Ai is supposed to support businesses, not leave them stranded. When customers are forced to leave due to ongoing technical errors on Blaze’s side, basic professionalism and courtesy should be shown. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Nothing short of a SCAM I accidentally…

Nothing short of a SCAM. I accidentally signed up for the free trial which did not make it clear that it would lead towards billing. After setting it up, it did not seem like it was going to begin posting, there was no warning about it starting. After it began posting on my business facebook page, I deleted the posts because they were terrible and very obviously AI and trash. I asked them to cancel my account and asked them to confirm this and confirm that no more posts would continue on my account as well as no billing. Guess what happened the next day? More dumb posts. For the second time, I contacted them via email threatening them that if they did not delete my account and cancel the posting on my facebook that I would leave some negative reviews. Can you guess why I am here...... I asked explicitly clear: please delete me account, cancel any scheduled posts and any billing, to which they confirmed that I would not get any more posts or be billed. day 3. more bloody posts. I finally went through their settings and found a box that needed un-checking to cancel content so I am hoping there will be no more posts... INSANE that they can tell me twice that I would not get any more posts and then did. would not recommend with a 10 foot pole. typical modern scam bull.

Charged but no service provided

In short, after trialing Blaze I signed up for a year of service today. I paid the fee, the money was removed from my bank account but the service not delivered. The blaze.ai app still says trial expired, no access to my year subscription. I contacted support and they said they'd sort it out and forward to engineering. Despite multiple messages I haven't had an update or further correspondence so far. I read some other reports of people having the same experience and struggling to get support or their money back, which has concerned me. If support provided an update, responded or ideally set some expectations I may feel more at ease. I have dropped a message to Adam Nathan (CEO) on LinkedIn but not heard back. I'll wait until tomorrow and then take action to get a refund if the situation doesn't improve. It's tomorrow now... I've asked for a refund because they haven't sorted the issue or seemingly made progress. C'mon, it's a basic signup to a service! A "senior support person" has come back to me now and says he's escalated the issue. I've given them an hour to resolve. Finally resolved after much effort. Support is very slow and difficult to deal with but I got there. Upgraded my experience to 2 stars.

Blaze is extremely easy to use. Setup is straightforward, and once you input your information, it runs in the background and does its thing without constant tweaking or babysitting. It saves a lot of time because you can set it up, trust the automation, and focus on other work while it keeps moving forward.

The app is great however I have had to ad music to some and also my logo despite designating it in the preference section. Apart from that, this app is ideal for planned ads and posts on social media and I would recommend it 10/10. Thank you Blaze for making things work for me and easier to post

I love how Blaze helps create content…

I love how Blaze helps create content and incorporates my own uploads into posts for my business. The AI makes it easy to come up with original ideas when I’m feeling stuck, and being able to schedule content a week or two in advance takes a huge amount of pressure off day-to-day social media tasks. I can sit down for an afternoon, review all the preloaded content, personalize it to our style, and have an entire week ready to go—such a time-saver. It also frees me up to quickly drop in a spontaneous post or story whenever I want. My only wish is that Blaze supported managing multiple social media accounts for different locations. We operate two Instagram accounts and two Facebook accounts, each with their own events and promotions, and it would be incredibly helpful to handle all of that from one place, like many other social media management platforms offer.

Game & Time Changer

Once we set up our brand kit, it was shocking to see how quickly and effectively it started pumping out all of the different styles of social media posts onto our calendar with minimal tweaking necessary. We're in the process of uploading more photos taken in our office to start pulling form that selection rather than the stock options. Our main thing we've noticed is that the verbiage/ captions are basically the same every week.

I’ve been using Blaze AI for three weeks to run my social media campaign, and honestly, I don’t know how I would have managed without it. I didn’t have the time to post consistently, and Blaze kept everything running smoothly, professionally, and on brand.
