Customer service is really frustrating…
Customer service is really frustrating and disappointing. I submitted a request to return the product and I feel like I'm talking to a robot, having received a form email on how to use it rather than addressing my concerns and return request.

Underarms burn
I wish I did not try this on my underarms. To be fair, it says to use on a small area first. Now they burn and I can’t put on deodorant. So yeah, not a great product for underarms.

If there was a zero star, I would have gave them because honestly they don't deserve more. They charged me twice for one product and one purchase, after contacting the customer service they confirmed I will receive a refund within 5 days. Meanwhile there was ANOTHER attempt to charge me for the third time which I was wise enough and blocked them. Contacted customer service again to ask why my refund was not processed and why there was another attempt to charge me and the reply was, we won't refund you!
I don't care about that 28 euros but lack of professionality for such a company is a big shame.
Good luck getting a relevant reply from their customer service if you purchase from them.

ACTUALLY WORKED - didn’t expect it to work so well but it worked
I was skeptical like all online things, but these ACTUALLY WORK. I just took it straight out of the packet and started rubbing firming in circles on my forearm and BAM it was smooth. If I can upload my video I will. You need to be firm but works great. Also used on upper lip and fuzz on cheeks. You need the hair to be a bit longer for it to blend away. And also make sure you’ve exfoliated a day or two before and your skin is clean. Happy to recommend! Works on under arms, legs and bikini line (not to close to your fun bits though).

They signed me up for a VIP membership I have never subscribed to when purchasing the bleame eraser. They charged me monthly payment for the past two month and I just noticed as I was looking through my bank account, they don’t even send you an email to tell you you’re getting charged monthly. The only response I had in return when I send an email to ask for these payments to stop and get a refund was to explain me that I signed up for this VIP membership and did not offer once the chance to cancel it. At this point, I’m not even hoping for a refund but I just wish that these payments stop but I don’t know what to do and hope that no more people will fall for that scam.
→ reviewing my past comment today (15th of April) : they answered me quickly to confirm me that they have cancelled the membership and that I should expect a refund within a few days. Good communication with the client and the product is good (on the legs only, too harsh to use on the armpits or bikini) so I’ll raise my rating to 3 stars but this membership thing is way too messed up to give it 5 stars. Strawberry legs where???
I’ve been eying this product for so long and I finally gave in and bought it! Worth the price because my legs were extremely smooth. I’m not hairy at all, my hairs are fine and extremely thin, thanks to my genes, however I suffered from strawberry legs, and when I tell yall my legs looks one shade now!!! I was shooketh by the results and I’ve been trying forever to get rid of my strawberry legs for God knows how long! It was soo smooth that my little sister watched me use on one leg and seen the difference immediately compared to my other leg! She was surprised and she’s buying one. Only regret is not getting the two pack! I’m thankful for this invention!

They signed me up for a VIP membership without my knowledge
They signed me up for a VIP membership which I was not made aware of until I had money charged to my card the following month. No where during ordering did it say anything about adding a membership which would be billed monthly, and when looking back at my order confirmation details it it not noted as something which I had purchased. I requested cancelation of this membership via email, which was confirmed to have been cancelled on the 1st April yet I was charged again on the 7th April. I am disputing any additional charges.

Less effective and practical than shaving, but excellent customer support
Update: Since writing this review I’ve received one of the best customer experiences from their customer support team. They were very understanding and helped resolve it straight away.
It removes hair but not sure how it differs from shaving. If anything it’s less effective as it can’t remove hair at awkward angles or close to bone e.g. knees and ankles. It’s also less practical as it takes so long to remove hair - 30mins vs 5mins compared to shaving, and you have to plan ahead by exfoliating 24hrs before. I got it thinking it would at least last longer than shaving but everything feels prickly straight away. This product might work wonders for people who don’t get on with shaving, but shaving doesn’t cause me any issues.

I can not believe this works so well
I can not believe this works so well! When I shave my legs with a razor in the morning, by that same evening I have stubble already! Used bleame to shave them on Monday morning, was silky smooth until Sunday! And when the hair grew back it was softer and lighter! Can't recommend this product enough!
If I had to say one negative thing it is kind of tricky to get in around the ankles with it, maybe if it came with a smaller one solely for that purpose but other than that absolutely amazing!

Terrible I was left with bleeding nicks, like when the razor cuts you, all over my bikini area.There were still hairs left afterwards! but after sand papering my bikini area like an IDIOT I will be going back to laser to manage my hair. DO NOT USE.

Man I fell for the hype, paid 30 dollars for this fine sandpaper, then saw them on temu for 2dollars. I do not get the hype at all, It's soooo time consuming, I tried dry and damp skin, dry was better, was left with very smooth skin on my legs but also, red bumps, what feels like carpet burns but not visable on all my leg and with some red burns where I went to hard I guess. DO NOT USE ON BIKINI AREA left red raw and bumpy. And the worst, next day I could feel hair growth back. You won't be able to touch the area for days as it's too sensitive. Doubt I'll get my money back. I don't recommend at all. If your still desperate to try get a temu one. At least you didn't pay 30 dollars to get burns. 😂💵

Surprised by how great it is
It worked so well, and it came with really good tips to prevent any skin burn or irritation that I'm confident most ppl didn't read, and then were like "why is my leg red?!" My legs have never been smoother, not with any razor or even when I waxed my legs.

I was surprised by how quickly the shipping was, me living in Spain.
As for the product itself, I wasnt expecting anything but Im so happy i got it! After using it a couple of times I can just define it as magic. It is so easy to remove the hair and remain with such smooth sking it is just incredible.
