Don’t buy
I am inclined to believe that the negative reviews are being removed from the website, because this is a terrible product. I followed all the guidelines and tested wet/dry skin and all this did was give me a rash that burned similar to rug burn. It seemed to exfoliate well, but hairs were not being removed at the root, I could see more of the remaining hair than if I shaved. I’m disappointed in myself for falling for this product.

This is a great alternative to shaving and less expensive than laser therapy (which was not a long-lasting result for me). I love the ease of it and it's become a regular part of my routine. I've also gifted some to my mom and aunt who are now Bleamers too! Lovely product.

This product did not work at all. I bought the 3 pack because of their '30 day guarantee refund policy' planning to gift the other two erasers to my sisters. I followed all of the instructions but it just scraped my skin, leaving it abraded, but the hair still intact. So I contacted them for a refund. Initially they told me they couldn't do a refund because I had used the defective item. Which makes no sense since they 'guarantee your satisfaction'. Then they offered a refund but said their system would take 40 days to refund. I got nervous after a month and initiated a dispute with my credit card. It is impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Overall horrible product and horrible experience.

On December 7, 2023 I received an email stating that a full refund would be issued. I contacted my cc and they confirmed no refund was issued.

Buyer beware
I followed all the steps, including a test patch, and I was so gentle. I used all the precautions and after just 3 light passes, my skin was so sore. An hour later it was bright red, then next day it was bumpy and sore and the third day looked like bad sunburn that was peeling. This product said it was safe for my skin but it wasn't and applying only a tiny bit of "pressure" was too much. Anything less and it wouldn't touch me. It left all the hair behind and just tore my skin. I'm really unimpressed and want a refund! Of course, I probably won't get one!
EDIT - I followed the response I received from Bleame of contacting them and they did not respond. I sent the email again and still no response!

Absolutely LOVE this product!! I have dry, sensitive skin so I was worried that it would be irritating or itchy after I used it and I was a thousand percent wrong!! It’s so gentle and exfoliates your dry skin! My legs have never felt so soft and I don’t have the red look to my follicles like you get after shaving. 10/10 recommend!!

Be Aware
Update: I initially use the bleame for my legs and it was amazing however please be aware that I would not recommend for armpits I used it and now have a first degree burn that hurts just to move and would recommend everyone be cautious. I also initially gave 5 stars but can now see the prickles coming back on my legs after a day.
Original Post: I literally just got this today and instantly opened it to try it. Upon using the instructions were very simple to follow and the product works amazing. It took about 10 minutes to completely take off the hair of two legs that I have like over 3 weeks and did not cause any afterburn and obviously did not cause any cuts like a raser. Definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone as I am even probably going to get these for Christmas gifts this year. 10/10 🙌🏻

The product didn’t remove any hair. I literally tried every method and body part using the provided instructions with no success. I reached out to customer service given the “30 day guarantee”. The customer service process was not helpful. You literally receive form emails with 3 options (50% refund, 70% refund after you pay return shipping, or a free facial set and mask), which doesn’t align with the full refund and easy returns advertised on their website. I would not waste my money as this product literally does not remove hair. I purchased three and three different people tried it using the different recommended best practices with no hair removal. Who knows if I’ll even get the partial refund as it takes 30 days and the form email says they’ll be in touch with accounting for my $X (no amount included) refund for a product that is going directly in the trash.

It worked very well, I used it on my unshaven legs and it took a minute to figure out but once I got it it worked.
On corse hair it can be a little bit harder like on my inner thighs but you have to make sure not to go over an area more than a few times. I learned that the hard way lol.
Overall I’m very happy with my first use.
