Is Blockchain-Ads legit?
Blockchain-Ads (blockchain-ads.com) has a 2.0 out of 5 rating on OK.one, based on 34 user reviews collected here. It is listed under Media & Publishing and its reputation is poor. 65% of reviews are 1 star, a relatively high share; The business has replied to 22% of negative reviews; 23 of them were added in the last 12 months. Last updated 2026-10-24.
The campaigns performance was not consitentat and oscillating massively, however the reach is decent and probably the only platform that offer granular targeting within this verticals.
The CTR in average was around 0.4% with proper attribution setup the gaming audiences brought conversion only after a month. Very expensive when it comes to the CPM and even tho we started at around $3CPM the best traffic sources run us up to $8CPM.
If you have small budgets don’t waste time. If you have large budget and want to run for months probably it will be beneficial but be ready to test multiple LPs and a lot of creatives.
Having worked with many different providers, this ranks among the most disappointing experiences I've had. Few business decisions have resulted in this level of regret.
Even a one-star rating feels generous based on our experience. I wouldn't recommend this company, especially considering the financial loss we experienced.
After carefully reviewing the data, we had major concerns about the quality of the traffic we received. We expected authentic results but were left disappointed.
SCAMMERS!
Working with Blockchain-Ads was one of the worst business decisions we've made. We spent thousands based on the promises, projections, and confidence of their sales team. What we got in return was disappointing traffic, terrible performance, and excuse after excuse.
Every time we questioned the results, we were told to "give it more time," optimize more, or spend more money. Somehow the solution was always to keep paying, never to take responsibility for the poor performance.
What makes this even worse is the reviews. After our experience, it's honestly hard to believe many of the glowing 5-star reviews are genuine. They read more like marketing copy than real customer experiences, and after seeing other customers raise similar concerns, it seriously damaged our trust in the company.
If we could go back, we wouldn't spend a single dollar with Blockchain-Ads. We wasted a huge amount of money chasing results that never came. Do your homework before giving them your budget—we certainly wish we had.
Please exercise caution when working with this company. If the results appear too good to be true, there is a reason for that.
Based on our experience, we identified serious concerns regarding the quality and legitimacy of the traffic delivered. It was obvious that the fraud originated from within the company, and not the publishers used. When we raised these concerns and provided supporting evidence, communication became extremely difficult, with our emails and messages going unanswered.
We have also been requesting a refund for unused funds for the past two months, without resolution.
I strongly recommend conducting thorough due diligence and carefully monitoring and validating any traffic received from this company.
A very disappointing experience overall.
The expectations established during the sales process were exceptionally high, yet the final results failed to reflect those promises. While the presentation was persuasive, the delivered service did not meet the claims that were made.
As we continued evaluating the results, our confidence in the quality of the service declined. Based on our experience, the outcome did not justify the amount we spent.
If you're considering this service, think carefully before committing your budget. Our experience was expensive, frustrating, and ultimately left us feeling that the investment wasn't worthwhile.
After conducting our own analysis of the traffic, we became increasingly concerned about the quality of what we had paid for. The more closely we examined the data, the more questions we had.
As a team, we lost approximately $20,000. Looking back, we should have stepped away when the first warning signs appeared. Overlooking those concerns ended up being a very expensive mistake.
Our overall experience was extremely disappointing. Despite paying a substantial amount for the service, the outcome offered little value and failed to deliver a worthwhile return on investment.
Blockchain Ads has let me target my ads to people based on their actual wallet history and i love their customer support how fast they helped us increase performance.

Hi Charlotte,
Great to hear that wallet history targeting helped you reach a more relevant audience. We’re also happy the support team was able to help improve performance quickly.
We appreciate the feedback and look forward to supporting your continued growth.
The wallet targeting feature is unique and i can see why many advertisers like it. Unfortunately our cost per aquisition remained highrmer than expected throughout most of the campaign. The support team tried to help and we did see some improvement but ROI was not where we wanted it to be.

Hi Gene,
Our team is always reviewing ways to improve performance, optimization, and campaign efficiency. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can better understand the results and see where additional improvements may be possible.
Site approval took some days, though it’ll be instantly like other crypto ad networks. But I guess they actually check the sites manually which is good for the network's health overall. Now that I'm in, my Account Manager has been very helpful with optimizing my ad placements.

Your feedback on the approval process is appreciated. While site review can take a little longer than instant approval networks, manual checks help maintain quality, safety, and long-term network health for advertisers and publishers.
We’re glad that once approved, your Account Manager was able to support you with placement optimization and help improve the setup. Great to have you on the platform.
We were looking for a channel that could help us reach a more relevant crypto audience, and Blockchain-Ads helped us do that without making campaign management complicated. The onboarding was straightforward, and the support team was available whenever we had questions. From an operations perspective, having clear reporting and audience targeting options made daily monitoring much easier. The platform gave us enough visibility to understand what was working and where adjustments were needed. Overall, it was a positive experience working with their team.

Blockchain-Ads.com pays their users for 5 star reviews... so think again!
Blockchain-Ads.com was one of the worst advertising experiences we’ve ever had.
Before you can even properly test the platform, they require a MINIMUM $10,000 deposit in crypto to start campaigns. No small trial budget, no safe testing phase — you are expected to commit a massive amount of money upfront before having any real proof of traffic quality or performance.
We trusted the platform, deposited over $13,000 total, and what followed was a complete disaster.
Their dashboard kept reporting huge engagement numbers and “performance,” while our real analytics, backend systems, and long-term tracking showed almost no genuine users. Months later, none of these supposed users ever returned to our website again. No retention, no meaningful activity, no real customer quality whatsoever.
We repeatedly asked very basic and reasonable questions:
how they define clicks,
whether invalid/bot traffic is filtered,
why their reports didn’t match independent analytics,
and for proof/logs of the traffic being delivered.
Instead of clear answers, we kept getting vague marketing responses, optimization suggestions, and pressure to continue spending more money.
The entire experience felt like watching fake dashboard numbers while real money disappeared.
And the biggest red flag of all?
After this failed campaign, we received an offer promising thousands of dollars in bonus ad credit if we left them a 5-star Trustpilot review.
At that point, everything started making sense.
If a company is willing to financially incentivize positive public reviews after a terrible campaign experience, it immediately raises serious questions about how genuine those reviews actually are.
Yes, the support agents were polite — but scammers are usually polite when they want you to keep depositing money.
We gave this platform every possible chance:
shared analytics access,
cooperated with tracking,
followed optimization recommendations,
restarted campaigns,
and communicated professionally throughout the process.
In the end, we were left with a huge bill, worthless traffic, and endless excuses.
Be extremely careful before trusting this platform with serious advertising budget
