Not only is the product great, but the support team is stellar. Don't get tricked by another host that charges you *extra* for support when you get industry leading support options from Bloom. Exceptional service and customer experience. Honestly, how is every other host so bad? These guys do it right. Prompt support, happy to answer any questions and really know what they're talking about. The discord community is also amazing. Their panel is super modern and way faster than alternatives. The prices are unbelievably good, the performance even on the cheaper plan is more than good enough for my use. Have stress tested it with lots of chunk loading, players, entities and more with some light optimizations and didn't see it drop below 20 TPS once. I see literally no reason to go with anyone else. For the cost, bloom is insanely cheap and it has many great features like mysql storage, port allocation, reverse proxies, path.net ddos protection, and server splitting. It also uses aikar’s flags unlike some hosts like PebbleHost. It is honestly the best host I’ve ever used out of the 10 I’ve paid for in the past 5 years. Also the Discord community is amazing too, even for non-bloom related support.
