I'm more than satisfied with the service, autonomy, and customer support offered. The value for money is truly admirable. You get straight to the point and find exactly what you need; they don't bombard you with unnecessary extras just to squeeze more money out of you. You can enjoy a smooth and peaceful Minecraft server with your friends. In my personal experience contacting support, I received a quick response time despite the time difference, and the service was excellent. My only recommendation would be to adjust the prices to be more regionally competitive. While I mentioned the excellent value, I feel that not everyone would be able to afford it. Nevertheless, it's a good service that's worthwhile and customizable to your liking. Your only limit is your willingness and desire to use it.
From the short time I used them for my Minecraft server, they were pretty great. The only reason I stopped using them was because the server was inactive for extended periods of time and I shut it down. Would recommend.
"What made your experience great?"... wrong question. What DIDN'T make my experience great? Every. Minor. Detail. From the support team to the panel's ease of access and quality of life features, it's perfect. I've never actually seen anything like it. To the point I was convinced the Bloom technicians are alienated Chinese artificial intelligence. I mean what more could you ask for from a service? A great support team that sometimes even answers out of hours, they always show kindness, they even help you with stuff that are your own incompetence! And they don't judge?! Better than my ol' lady that's for sure... Anyways, this is probably - well not probably, actually - the only host that I have used for my server creation needs since 2021 that I have had no issues with. Matter of fact, the issues I have had with Bloom Host are in the negative. They are so none existent that it's actually a myth. Ancient legends may say that Bloom Host once made a mistake, though I do not believe it. Flawless everything. 10/10 support, 10/10 staff, 10/10 service and 10/10 uptime with extremely reliable hardware which suits ALL server hosting needs. Not slow, VERY worth the money and extremely responsive and clean panel. I wish I could rate it 6/5 stars. -zsie

I run a high-traffic FiveM server (300+ concurrent, 400+ queue at peak) and BloomHost has been our hosting partner through some genuinely rough weeks. We've been hit with dozens of DDoS attacks across a mix of vectors - large volumetric L4 floods, sub-volumetric TCP-RST patterns, you name it. Their Cloudflare Magic Transit setup paired with their own in-line XDP hardware filtering has caught essentially everything thrown at us. When an attacker has tried a novel vector that briefly slipped past automated thresholds, the BloomHost team has consistently patched the bypass quickly - often before I'd even finished writing the ticket. They actively iterate on protection rather than treating "we've got DDoS protection" as a marketing checkbox. What sets them apart is the support side. Response times have been close to instantaneous, regardless of whether the issue is a six-figure-pps attack in progress or a small configuration question. Out-of-hours, on weekends, in the middle of the night - there's always been someone reachable. Their staff actually understands the network stack, which makes troubleshooting collaborative rather than a tickets-in-a-void experience. Uptime, attack mitigation effectiveness, and human support have all been consistently excellent. Hard to find a hosting provider that nails all three at once. Highly recommend.
One of, if not the best, hosts in the modded Minecraft niche. During my years of using their services I’ve rarely had issues and any incidents that do crop up are rapidly adressed.
I never have any complaints about bloom.host! Their service is exquisite, I appreciate how quickly they get new mods out for the games I host on their site. I also love how much freedom they give me to control and set my server up without giving up the quality of life offered with them installing the modpacks for me!
