Excellent service and open advice. Advisors clearly keep track of the the performance of the funds and understand the ups and downs of the markets. Chris is always available for advice/discussion with the website quite easy to track performance also

There is no option for to change the programs. If I want to change from long time insurance to other programs I can’t .

We do offer several options for our clients that include short term and long term products. Before any client commits to a particular plan or service, a full fact find and assessment is carried out to establish their goals and to determine what solution would be the most suitable. If the goal is a pension or a retirement plan, then of course a longer term plan would probably be more suitable. Many clients do in fact set up a long term pension plan in addition to short term investment accounts, to satisfy a wide range of different needs and goals. If you would like to explore some short term options, your adviser will be happy to arrange a review meeting to discuss all your options in more detail.
Proactive approach to management of funds. Occasionally communication could be better when changes are being made.
