Friendly, Honest and Informative Financial Advices
Very happy with their service. My agent, Ray Kelly, was very honest, professional and informative on how my saving plan could be setup according to my current budget and my future needs. Ray has a very friendly attitude. Which made the whole process even more pleasant. Glad to have him as my financial advisor for the coming years!

Excellent and trustworthy firm
I have been with Bluestar for about 10 years and they have set up 3 accounts for me during that time. One investment account, a life insurance policy and an education plan for my 3 children. On every occasion, the process was smooth and easy. The performance has been very good and even though there have been some years of low or even negative growth, the overall result is very satisfying. I get regular market reports, valuations and speak to my adviser often. One thing I would like to see, and I know it's a big ask as not all assets trade throughout the day, is that the investor portal can have live prices. At the moment they are updated once a day which is fine. I have trusted my adviser and Bluestar with all our financial planning and highly recommend them to anybody who needs financial planning advice.

We do work closely with our portal provider, who have recently been taken over by Morningstar, and always give them feedback on improvements. Live prices have been brought up a few times and hopefully, this will be introduced (at least for listed shares) in the not too distant future. We will certainly keep you posted.
Very satisfied with pension transfer
I started working with the team at Bluestar about 3 months ago and they helped me to locate all my UK pensions (I had 4 in total from various employers) and consolidate them into one easy to manage SIPP. The process just recently completed and I am very satisfied. Great job guys, thanks for all your hard work and patience!

I lost £72,000 thanks to James Sutherland (Director) of this company who also omitted to mention 30% tax on encashment - AVOID - NO OMBUDSMAN FOR INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS.
