The customer service was super
The customer service was super ! My board was delayed because of a glitch at Fed Ex Hub in Memphis and didn’t arrive until the day after Easter . I was offered a full refund or credit on a future order , of course I took that ! The cheese and sausage was excellent ! Can’t wait to order again !

We are so sorry the board did not arrive in time for Easter, but we are really glad our team was able to make it right for you! Carrier delays are always frustrating and we never want that to affect your experience. We are thrilled you still enjoyed the cheese and charcuterie and we cannot wait to have you back for your next order!

That is so wonderful to hear! We put so much care into both the presentation and the quality of every board, so knowing the recipients loved it on both counts means everything to us. Thank you for choosing Boarderie and we hope to have you back again soon!
Thank you — we're so glad it hit the mark! Great variety is something we put a lot of heart into, and it means the world to hear it came through. We can't wait to send another board your way. 🧀
I was very happy with communication provided the day before and day off delivery. Helpful hints were provided and appreciated. We ordered the medium board that feeds 4-6. We had 6 people and ate off it for two days. It was delicious!

Thank you so much — we love hearing this! The experience doesn't start when the board arrives, so we're glad the pre-delivery communication hit the mark. And two days of grazing for six people? That's exactly what a great board should do! We can't wait to be part of your next gathering. 🧀
Boarderie is our go to. They provide meats and cheeses you just can't find in the stores. There's always something for everyone!

Thank you — this means everything to us! That's exactly what we set out to do — source the kind of artisan meats and cheeses that turn any gathering into something truly special. We can't wait to be part of your next moment!
The best customer service I have ever experienced with a comparable business. I had a delivery issue with FedEx and was originally scheduled to receive my board on Friday, 4/3, in time for the Easter holiday. I tracked the shipment throughout the day, and around 10:30 p.m. the status unexpectedly changed from “out for delivery” to a new delivery date of Monday, 4/6—after the holiday.
I immediately emailed Boarderie’s customer service, fully expecting to hear back sometime on Saturday given how late it was on Friday evening. Instead, I received an almost immediate response. Jenny let me know that the issue had already been addressed with FedEx and reassured me that my board would arrive on Saturday, 4/4—just in time for Easter. And it did.
I was truly impressed by how quickly and cheerfully my concern was resolved. Thank you so much, Jenny, for the exceptional service—you handled everything expeditiously, professionally, and with a great sense of humor (“easy peasy—or should I say cheesy!”). This level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated.

Wow, this truly made our day! We are so glad Jenny was able to jump into action and get everything sorted out so quickly, and on a Friday night no less. That is exactly the kind of care and dedication we strive for and it is so wonderful to hear it came through. We will absolutely pass along your kind words to Jenny, she will love hearing this! Most importantly we are so relieved the board arrived just in time for Easter. Thank you for such a detailed and heartfelt review and we look forward to serving you again!
I sent my son one of your boards for his birthday. I waiting to get his response before sending my review. First, it arrived on time. Second, the packaging was perfect and protected the freshness. Third, very appealing to the eye and most important, my son said the flavors and freshness was above and beyond. I look forward to gifting more of the birds in the future. I can’t thank you enough.

My order was beautiful, delicious, delivered on time and the perfect gift for Easter Weekend. I appreciated the meat-less option since Catholics don't eat meat on Good Friday. Thank you for the timely communication and exceptional product! I will be ordering again for sure!

I sent Easter board to two locations. Both got to destinations early and the kids loved the treats. The truffles were favorite, followed by the brownies.
