My loan agent, was pleasant, personable, responsive and provided timely answers, landing me the best finance terms to purchase my RV. He did all the background manusha with the application process through closing. A dream process for the borrower.

LOAN REP WAS HELPFUL UNTIL HE SUBMITTED THE LOAN, THEN JUST REFUSES TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS. LOAN PROCESSED AND FUNDED A WEEK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. ALL PHONE NUMBERS FOR IFG ARE VOICE MAILS AND "SORRY THE SUBSCRIBER HAS NOT SET UP HIS VOICE MAIL GOOD BY" ! I WOULD TRY ANOTHER COMPANY, MORE IN TUNE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE
