Can't get in touch with anyone to help me with warranty information

Can't get in touch with anyone to tell me where to fill out the warranty information. No phone numbers of forms to fill out on web site.

Reply from Boentools2026-10-08

Dear Billy, We are truly sorry for the frustrating experience and the delayed response. Our after-sales team was out of office for the National Day holiday, and the support mailbox was on auto-reply during that time, so your message may have been delayed by the auto-response. We are back in the office today and are working through all messages in the order they were received. On normal business days, we respond to every inquiry daily. Please reach out to us again at [email protected], and we will be glad to guide you through the warranty process directly. Best regards, BOEN Impact Tools
