I really like the taste and value for money, ordered 3x in the last year or so. Reduced 2 stars because of the nonexistent customer support - one of the products in the last order was faulty and I wrote a few emails to support but got no answer.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Boodvape. I paid extra for premium shipping, yet I have not received any tracking details or shipping updates since placing my order. Customer support appears to be non-existent. Emails and enquiries have gone unanswered, leaving me completely in the dark about the status of my order. For a company charging customers for premium shipping, the lack of communication is unacceptable. At this point, I am becoming increasingly concerned about whether my order will arrive at all. The complete absence of tracking information, combined with the inability to get a response from customer support, is quite appalling and has left me feeling as though I may have been scammed. I would strongly encourage potential customers to think carefully before ordering. My experience has been frustrating, disappointing, and far below what I would expect from a reputable online retailer. It has been well over a month and nothing even the auto generated email replies have stopped. I am rather devastated because of the amount of money I invested with this company and they just take the money and run! So I can tell you first hand that this company are just scamming people please do not waste your time and money with this disappointment of a company!!
