Great venue, nice guys, both the organiser and the model, made everyone feel at ease. Would definitely recommend for a fun, creative activity

I booked a life drawing session for my sister’s hen with Fizzbox - they were very informative and helped with my queries. The studio they booked was a brilliant space, and the host was fabulous. The model was a great laugh to spend time with; he even sang along to titanic with the hen!
Hey Jess, Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're so pleased to hear you had a great time at the Life Drawing experience you booked for your sisters Hen Party! We hope to see you again on the marketplace soon. Best wishes, Danielle @ Fizzbox
Fizzbox were very competitively priced and the process of booking and paying for the event was very easy. The event itself (cocktail masterclass with buffet lunch) was amazing - the venue and hosts score 100% and the brides were incredibly happy with it. There were 18 of us and it all went very smoothly and we didn’t stop laughing the whole way through.
Hey Mrs Newsome, Thank you so much for your very kind review! We're so pleased to hear you found the booking process easy and that you had a great time on your cocktail masterclass booking. Best wishes, Danielle & The Fizzbox Team

We had such a fun time doing our Spice Girls dance class for my best friends Hen do. The choreographer was great fun and made us all feel at ease getting into the flow! Loved the props and of course the bubbles! Would highly recommend to anyone considering!

Easy to book. Great night, great fun had by all! This is my third time on the bus and I would definitely do it again! 😝
Hey Claire, We're so pleased you had a great time on the party bus! Thanks so taking the time to leave Fizzbox a lovely review. Best wishes, Daniele & The Fizzbox Team
The teacher was lovely, really encouraging and just had fun with us. She felt like one of the gang. We learnt a fantastic routine, which was at a great level for all abilities and we came away feeling FABULOUS! The dance itself we used for literally EVERY SONG that came on in the clubs over the weekend. It was such a highlight to the weekend and we are all still talking about it now.
Fizzbox awesome, third party companies not so much Fizzbox's customer service is absolutely fantastic, exceptionally quick and helpful thoughout. Active giggles was our third party company organising events in Bristol. While I appreciate things go wrong (started very late) there was a number of other issues including very poor communication prior to event and complete unawareness of the actual experience they were providing. Had it not been for Fizzbox's customer service this would be a 1 star review. Recommend avoiding active giggles.
Hello Miss Brown, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with this valuable feedback. We empathise with your frustrations and sincerely apologise that your experience with Active Giggles did not meet the usual level of service we expect from our providers. Nonetheless, we are pleased to know that you found our customer service prompt and supportive in addressing your concerns. Best wishes, Danielle @ Fizzbox
What a fun experience! The actors were so funny, guided us completely and made the whole storyline flow. Would highly recommend!
Great communication and flexibility. The activity was excellent and great value! Would use again!

What a fantastic drag queen show. venue. Not too packed. Fantastic atmosphere, great vibe. Fab music. Just can't fault it. Honestly if your looking for a great time definitely book this. We didn't stop laughing and dancing from start to finish.
We're so pleased to hear that you had a great time at your drag show booking! And thank you very much for taking the time to leave us this lovely review! Best wishes, Danielle @ Fizzbox
Brilliant host at the event, representative made contact beforehand and met us there. He even got involved. Highly recommended experience, thank you.
Thank you so much for your brilliant review, Jessica! Best wishes, Danielle @ Fizzbox
The event did not happen. No one turned up waited 25minutes before I received a phone call. Contact number did not exist. I would like to point out initially it was very hard to make contact for the refund and it was extremely unprofessional being accused ‘of being unconcerned’ regarding the ‘accident’. Also being told there was a loss from hiring the community centre which I can assure you was much less than the cost of our taxi. £25 compensation did not cover this payment or the money we spent on outfits for the event.
Hi Sally, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We welcome all customer feedback as this provides valuable insight into the experiences and experience providers we offer on our marketplace. We’re very sorry that VIP Squad could not fulfil your booking as expected. As you know, the dance teacher was involved in a very unfortunate accident on the way to your booking. I hope you can understand that this was completely out of Fizzbox and VIP Squad’s control. A full refund has already been issued and VIP Squad has also compensated you for the inconvenience. We regret that despite VIP Squad’s best efforts, you felt compelled to leave Fizzbox 1-star review. We apologise once again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused to you and your group. Kind regards, Danielle @ Fizzbox
