Fizzbox awesome, third party companies not so much Fizzbox's customer service is absolutely fantastic, exceptionally quick and helpful thoughout. Active giggles was our third party company organising events in Bristol. While I appreciate things go wrong (started very late) there was a number of other issues including very poor communication prior to event and complete unawareness of the actual experience they were providing. Had it not been for Fizzbox's customer service this would be a 1 star review. Recommend avoiding active giggles.
