Very bad experience with this business
Very bad experience with this business.
I am a vendor and been listing my product on this site more than a year. Back to the time I was talking to a salesman that he confirmed the site would take 20% commission from the vendor of every order.
My first order was done and I realized that they took more than that.
The ridiculous here that they charged the clients as they placed an order then never send it back to the vendor.
I sent them an invoice through Bill and the due day was passed with no signal. I tried to reach out to their support and either email to accountant team but nothing in return.
I am so surprised when they have so many good reviews with that ways.

Casey the host was amazing everyone loved her. Everything was pretty easy to order and set up. It was nice to have a homepage to track all the shipments and invite people to the zoom link

Wonderful experience, would recommend!
It was great! Kevin was a wonderful host, the wine was delicious, and bingo was fun. The booking process was easy and quick. The team coordinating logistics was communicative and organized! They were very helpful when a package got delayed. Thank you for the great time! :)
The virtual wine tasting was excellent way to share the experience with our adult children who are geographically dispersed from us. The wines and owner from Belden Barns made it a memorable experience!
Amazing customer service! was incredibly easy to book. Elevent took care of all the follow up for shipping addresses and stayed on top of everything. By far the best experience i have had with a vendor. WELL DONE!
I had a very positive experience using this service. The process was straightforward from start to finish, and the platform was easy to use. Communication was clear, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, which made the experience stress-free. I would definitely recommend it and use it again in the future.
The atmosphere was exactly what we needed and the establishment was classy. The ability to pre-order items was great! The french fries were amazing - thanks for everything!
Our company used Elevent for hosting a Virtual Bingo event
Our company's Virtual Bingo event was a total success and lots of fun! The host was funny and personable. Also, the representatives I spoke with prior to the event were extremely courteous and helpful. We will definitely use Elevent for future virtual events!
Booking through Elevent was fast, easy, and the talent partner - virtual magic show we coordinated was one of the best experiences we've have! Highly recommend for a company employee experience events, especially for remote team.
Pictionary was a great activity because it allowed everyone to join in and have fun, even if they weren’t confident in their drawing skills. Some people really enjoyed being the ones at the board trying to sketch the clues, while others liked the challenge of quickly guessing what the drawing was supposed to represent. Even when the drawings were a little messy or funny, it usually made the game even more entertaining. Because both the drawing and guessing parts were important, everyone had a chance to participate and contribute. This made the activity feel inclusive and kept the whole group engaged throughout the game.
